The occasional hum of a monitor fills the empty room. Only a single hospital bed, a faded blue chair in one corner and a door in the other occupy the space. The shadows casted by the late night outside of the lone window slowly melt into those cast around the room by certain objects; a bed, a door handle. A young nurse walks in.
"Mr. Sivan, you asked for a Tyler Oakley?" She asks quietly.
"Is he here?" Troye croaks out with a certain degree of pain but also excitement.
"I'll bring him in, if that's alright," she, her tag says Laurie, affirms.
Troye nods, immediately regretting that decision, not because he loathes to see Tyler but because a kink in his neck seems especially sore. He winces and the nurse smiles sympathetically.
"Try not to move too much."
Tyler walks in moments after the departure of the brunette nurse.
"Hey, Troye," Tyler whispers and in the stillness of the room, even that seems to be a shout.
"Why is this floor so quiet?" Troye whines.
"Well, I assume the patients want some peace," Tyler replies calmly
"I don't like it. It creeps me out."
Tyler smiles and takes Troye's cold hand, the skin still tinted in hues of blue.
"You'd never believe the dream I had last night. I was worried sick, they wouldn't let me stay and-" Tyler starts, quickly calmed by Troye, who even though recently hospitalized, always had and remains to have the level head of the pair.
"Tyler, just tell me the dream."
"Well, we were angels, not the harp and gowns kind. We were fallen angels, badass angels. And then a lot of bad stuff, like hell and war, happened and I almost lost you but in the end this one angel helped us out for no reason really other than he was kind. And after everything, I got you back because of him and you won't believe this but he gave us entirely new lives, not as angels but as just people. It's crazy, I know."
Troye smiles and rubs Tyler's thumb with what energy he has left.
"You always had the wildest imagination."
Tyler nods enthusiastically and excuses himself for a moment, remembering the get well present sitting next to his chair in the lobby. As Tyler is jogging out towards his forgotten gift, he sees the man from his dream. Standing in that same lobby as Tyler, hands in his pockets with his tan trenchcoat pushed back causally behind his arms, looking out at the skyline which the large windows of the hospital gladly hosted. Tyler stops mid step, taken aback. He swears this is the first time he has ever seen this man, yet somehow he dreamt of him. He ponders for a moment as to confront the man, but decides against it. Strange things happen all the time Tyler tells himself. He goes for his flower pot but it isn't there. He looks around the room, his eyes stopping at the feet of the man now facing him. His eyes travel up to meet tired blue eyes.
"You should know by now that daisies make Troye sneeze uncontrollably" the strange man points out.
Tyler looks down at the pot the man extends to him. He takes it and examines the bouquet, remembering himself that yes they do tickle Troyes nose. Before Tyler can process just how odd the remark is referring to his daisies, the man is gone as he looks up. He is nowhere. Here and gone like that. Tyler asks a passing nurse if she has seen a man with dark hair and a tan trenchcoat anywhere.
Her reply, simply, "sir you're the only visitor here, it is, after all, 2am."
Tyler, perplexed, returns to Troyes room. He sighs at his lack of thought and goes to toss the precious bouquet but notices the second before it hits the silver bin, the bouquet was now of lilies, Troyes favorite that they didn't even have at the gift shop. A silver lined note hangs daintily from a string around the rim of the pot. The note reads,

"nobody needs to know, take care of him. Best regards, Tyler.
- cas"

in the most elegant cursive Tyler has ever Seen. He tears the note off and tucks it into his pocket, walking anxiously towards Troyes room. He walks in slowly, evening his worried breaths.
"Another one? Tyler, please, you didn't have to."
"Another what?" Tyler enquires.
"Another gift!" Troye says, his eyes barley able to stay open. He points to the window sill. Tyler sets down the bouquet on the table next to Troyes bed and Tyler heard Troye gasp and whisper to himself "'my favorite" before slumping back into the bed.
Tyler picks up the figurine off the window sill and holds it under moonlight coming in from the window. It is a small angel, with blue eyes and black wings, holding a sign reading, 'your personal guardian angel' while dawning a smile. Tyler sets the figurine down and thinks long and hard. It is September 19th, 2008. I just met an angel. His name is castiel. He saved mine and Troye's lives once and I am convinced he is also the only reason Troye survived that plane crash. Things click in and memories come flooding back to Tyler. You can almost see pillars of smoke leave his ears as his brain works on overdrive to solve this puzzle. My name is Tyler Oakley, my best Friend is Troye Sivan. Our gaurdian angel goes by the name castiel and he wears a tan trenchcoat and his eyes are as blue as a clear desert sky, hard to miss. If you ever see him, tell him I say thank you and please, give him a hug. He is very lonely for he gave everything for the people he loves and I have a feeling he's about to do it all again.

It is September 19th and yesterday a man rose from the dead whom castiel had always claimed to love enough to risk everything for.

The gentle hum of a morphine pumping monitor fills the still room once again as Troye dozes off and my breaths finally even. My eyelids feel heavy but I fear if I fall asleep I will think all of this was a dream just the same as the first night. I don't want to forget my gaurdian Angel. I don't want to forget Castiel.

A/N: I am so sorry. BUT I finally finished it. Long story short long; I deleted a ton of apps including this one to make room for filming a twenty one pilots poet anthology project and yeah it was horrible but worth it and NOW IM BACK PUTAS. I didn't have time to write this but I did at 1am last night. A lil epilogue. Troye is in the hospital many years later in their new lives and he is watching over recently injured Troye, in case you're confused. Thank you for all your support throughout this entire story. I appreciate every single one of you. I did it. It's done. No more. Feedback please? Xx thank you once again for all the good times.
