CONSISTORY GIRL

Chapter 4

Natalie drives into the woods and stops at an abandoned shack.
"We're here," Natalie states.
I take a deep breath and exit the car, we go inside the shack and see Britt tied up and crying.
"Britt!," I shout.
Britt muffles under the duct tape covering her mouth.
I untie her and rip off the tape.
And I kiss her.
"Kevin!," Britt smiles,"You came!"
Britt sees Natalie.
"Natalie?!," she gasps,"I thought you were dead!"
"I'm sure you're not the only one," Natalie smirks.
"Let's get out of here!," I say.
We are about to exit, when a voice sounds behind us.
"Where do you think you're going?"
We turn and see Chuck. But right by his side is Skylar...... Grinning.

"Skylar?," I gasp,"Why are you with him?"
"Because he wants to be with me! Unlike you!," She shouts at me with a look of anger I've never seen before.
"Skylar, you're over-reacting."
"I don't care!,"She throws a chair across the room.
"Run!," Natalie shouts.
Me, Natalie an Britt run out and hastily get into the car and drive away.

After Britt and Natalie reunite with Matthew, Rose and Lily and learn everything that's happened, we talk. (Even though Natalie tried to kill Lily because she still thinks that Lily tried to kill her on purpose.)
"So," Matthew says,"Where's Skylar?"
"She's with Chuck, now," I say.
"Why would she betray us?," Lily asks.
"I don't know," I reply,"But I DO know that we need to go back and get her. I know there is some good left in her!"
"What about Chuck?," Rose asks.
I say one simple thing,"We kill him."
