Chapter One: The Escape! And The Yin Yang Wolves

A year, 11 months and 2 days was how long it took me to learn to walk. The night before my second birthday I decided I would leave. I was packing some of my 'fathers' spare Kunai and shuriken when I came across a small gift box. The tag said
'To: Alea
From: Mother'
I blinked and opened it silently. Two stone necklaces, one black and one white, laid in it.

Under the necklaces was a small piece of paper that said:
'You are smarter then you let on, I see it in your eyes. I know you know about the curse Mark and that you trained to walk at night. Take one and give the other to the person of your choice. I wish you luck. You'll need it in this shinobi world.'
I blinked before allowing a smile to
grace on my lips. I slipped the necklaces on before tieing the weapons pouch onto my thigh. I turned and snuck out of the Side Branch House. I ran as fast as I could out of the compound then out of the village. I ran till I literally fell from exhaustion. It was dawn when I had collapsed, the sun bringing a beautiful sunrise of a verity of purples, pinks, and blues. I yawned quietly and laid back into the cover of some bushes.
When I awoke it was well past noon. I stood up, only to bump into a furry chest. I yelped and fell back, looking up. A black wolf with electric blue eyes stood in front of me, a white wolf with electric blue eyes stood beside him. "What is a young child such as yourself be doing so far from human settlements? You can't be a ninja, you are far to young." The black wolves voice was kind yet strong. I just stared at him, shocked and baffled. "This girl is a Hyuuga, and based on how far away from a village, she was running. Tell us, child, are you a side branch member." The white wolf, a female asked. I nodded my head once, not taking my eyes off either one. "Do not be frightened of us, we will not harm you." The black one spoke once more. "Since you have the courage to escape and change your destiny, we believe you are worthy of our training. We have been searching for a long time for someone to pass on the way of the lost Nagashima clan. Are you up for the challenge?" The white female asked. Determination and excitement flashed through my eyes as I nodded and stood up. "Good choice, pup." The black wolf spoke.

Don't own the pictures. Just to give you a heads up, the black one is Shiro and he will wear the white stone and the white one is Kuro and she wears the black stone. The wolves are mates.
