Chapter 2: Uncle Daryl?!

Rick's pov:
Once we got to the prison I told Carl to go show y/n to her cell. After y/n and Carl left I went to go tell the group we had a new member. I got the group gathered up and told them that we have a new family member. Daryl looked at me in shock. "Daryl are you ok?" I asked.
"What's y/n last name again?" He asked.
"I think she said Dixon" I said.
"Where is she?" Daryl said.
I took Daryl to where y/n was.
Your pov:
"So y/n tell me about yourself" Carl said. "Well what do you want to know?" I asked. Just then I heard a knock on the cell and I looked up to see Rick and...... Oh my gosh.... Is that "Uncle Daryl!!!" I yelled jumping into his arms. "Hey short stuff" He said chuckling. "Hey Carl do you mind if I borrow my niece? We have a lot of catching up to do." He asked nicely.
"Sure..... I mean after all she is your niece." He said under his breath. And with that me and Uncle Daryl went to go catch up.
Carl pov:
As soon as I got to talk to y/n privately stupid Daryl ruined it! I sat on my bed in anger. "Someone has a crush!" I sat up to see my dad standing in the doorway. "Do not!" I lied yelling at him. "Ok whatever you say but I know you like her." He said before walking away. I lay back down thinking he's right. Dang y/n is so beautiful, and sweet. The way she speaks is just so soft. Her beautiful y/e/c staring into mine. What am I thinking a beautiful girl like her would never fall for a boy like me.
Daryl's pov:
I was so happy to be reunited with my niece. "So I hate to ask but what happened to your mom and dad?" I asked as I could see sadness in her eyes. "They um.... got bit about a year ago." She said starting to tear up. I wrapped her up in a hug. "Don't worry.... you have me now, and everyone else here. We are all one big family." I said still hugging her. "You want to go meet some people?" I asked. "Sure." She said standing up and wiping away her tears, and following me.
Your pov:
Uncle Daryl decided I should meet some people at the prison, so I agreed and followed him. First we meet this girl with blonde hair holding a baby. "Beth this is my niece, y/n." Daryl said. "Hi! I'm Beth and this is Rick's daughter Judith." She said smiling. I just waved and smiled. Next we meet Maggie and Glenn. They sure are a cute couple. We walked around and I also met Carol, Tyreese, Sasha, Hershal, Andrea, and a few other people that they rescued from this place called Woodbury. Apparently there's this guy called the Governor who hates us. But I think I'm going to like this place.
