Your POV

I'm so tired... My feet hurt from stumbling every where. Why did things have to be this way? How did this all happen?

Oh. I remember. The monsters. A kid named Frisk let them out. Humans are trash. They treated the monsters badly and the monsters refused to take it.

It all started in a walmart, I think. A monster wanted to buy something but was abused to the point of death. How was it supposed to know monsters weren't allowed there?

This enraged the queen and king of monsters. They did all they could to be friends with humans but it was to no avail. Finally, their army attacked.

Where the fighting began, no one knows or cares. It was a constant struggle for power. Even my parents were killed. The worst part? It was a human who killed them. Not a monster, but one of my own kind. That was the day I realized that if I had to pick a side, it was the monsters'.

I had to admit, I was tired of all this. The abandoned ruins of this town were rather lonely, but I didn't care. They were safe.

I had no food, so I knew I was going to die soon. That and the rather huge gash on my chest from, yet another, human, told me I didn't have long at all.

Crunch. Crack.

Something was coming closer, but I didn't care. Maybe they would kill me so I didn't have to die such a painful death. I hope so.

Not able to take walking any longer, my body gave out and I fell to my knees. Looking at the ground, I saw feet. They looked human, wearing regular running shoes. But as I looked up, I saw a monster.

He smirked down at me. "What's wrong, human? Did a monster finally get revenge for killing us?"

I frowned. "I've never killed a monster. A human did this to me." He frowned a moment, wanting to say something, but I continued. "Please," my voice was cracked and hoarse, "I know you want to. Kill me and let it all be over with. I hate humans! They took everything from me, their own kind! How could they?!" At this point, the tears were weakly streaming down my face.

"I want to be on the monsters side, but how can you let a human join you? I'm tired, cold, hungry, my feet hurt, and I'm too depressed to live. Please, I beg of you, kill me..."

I looked down, waiting for the end. But it never came. I looked at him. The skeleton monster sighed and rubbed the back of his neck. I was losing too much blood. He became blurry as the world darkened. He seemed to say something, but I couldn't hear him. Bleeding to death didn't seem like a cool way to go, but it was better than torture.

My world disappeared as the blackness over took me. The last thing I remember was being carried.
