"You can do it sis" said Anna in a hushed tone, here I am dressed in a maid costume wearing a hanky on my head like Cinderella, standing in front of the door that leads to the witch's room

"Hey Theodork! Will this work out?" I asked feeling a little bit of anxiety

"Come on its not that scary" he asked

"How about the warnings" I said rolling my eyes with pure disbelief

"Just forget about it" he said smiling so wide, srsly he is smiling so wide like he didn't feel sorry about me for going inside the witch's room bringing this stupid teacup

"Oh yeah?" I said feeling a bit angry

"Anna?" I called out my sister's name but she was nowhere to be found, well that hog must be hiding already

"You know what if we could play hide and seek and you would be the hider nobody would ever look for YOU" I said

"Ouch!" He said putting his hands on to where his heart is place dramatically, he looks like a crazy cat

"If I would be Magnus Chase, I would rip you apart using sumarbrander" I hissed

"No-ooooh, you can't because we're going to be the Vanir-spawn" he said as he wiggled his brows playfully, I was taken aback of what he just said srsly? He reads Magnus Chase book?!?!

"Dude! YOU read Magnus Chase book?!" I asked him, my eyes widened as he just looked at me with a silly smirk plastered on his face.

"Chess...er...I mean Yes" he said as I can see a tinged of pink on his cheek, srsly chess?

"Chess?" I asked him, sounding like a mouse or something

"Er...I was thinking about chess" he said blushing, srsly he is soo red!

"But srsly dude I can't believe Magnus Chase book is in your world?!" I asked feeling a bit confused, Magnus Chase book only exist in the inner world not the outer world

"Yeah, I had this app where you can download an e-book and I really saw this book with a nice cover which happened to be Magnus Chase so I decided to download it, and yes I had a phone FYI so stop asking question!" He exclaimed as he exasperated his hands, a warning to stop me from squabbling. Phone? They also have this freaking phone? What?!?!? Now I'm confused, A phone??? So they sell freaking phone??? In this freaking world? WHAT?!!?, well I just dismissed the idea and went on

"Okay" I said as I lift my chin high and let out a huge sigh as a warm up because I am already so scared, what if the witch would look so weird like her face is made up of warts?! Or what if her face is made up of hair?! (okay it sounds ridiculous)

"Umm...dude you can go now I can handle this" I said as I gave him my assured smile

"Okay but did you put the powder already?" He asked

"Yes" I said as I looked at the teacup

"Give us a warning when the witch will immediately fall asleep make a thumbs up sign and we will immediately go to the gate as the magic will disappear and it will lead us to the Charming Kingdom" he said as he looked at me with a nervous face

"O-okay" I said as I felt my legs go wobbly

"Good luck!" He whispered and immediately went somewhere and God knows where!

"Ummm....ma'am?" I squeak sounding like a freak adorable mouse

"How's that?" Came a scary raspy voice, but she was no where to be found

"Ma'am it's me Mortez" I said as bravely as I could, and with a snap of finger she appeared in front of me

"Mortez, it's you...come my lil girl....where have you been?" Oh no, sweet nibblets! I'm soo not prepared for this! my heart is beating furiously my legs are starting to get jelly and I can barely breath

"Mortez where have you been?" The witch said in a sweet tone but kinda stern, I have to do this! with a long heave I looked at her with a composed face

"I visited my mother's grave ma'am, er... I stayed there cuz I miss her" I said, stuttering I can't take this anymore!!! I have to refrain her from taking or asking me questions that will screw up our plan! but before she opens her mouth I shoved the tea in front of her and said "mom I made this for you, cuz I know you're feeling tired"

"Why thank you" she said and took the cup from my hand and gulp it down, instantly her face morphs into a mischievous glare

"How dare you!" She scream and shot me a death spell but I immediately dodge it and fall backwards, her face was turning green her eyes were getting bigger and red like blood, I move backwards and hit the wall... the witch move closer to me with a magic sword in her hand ready to slay me, I closed my eyes shut and praying this is not yet my end, as the witch sway her magical sword at me, she stopped and dropped it on the floor and her eyes were beginning to shut but before she shut it, she spoke something that I don't understand

"One of you will not be able to make it..." and she fell down on the floor her finger still pointing at me, I cannot move, what does she mean one of us can't make it?
moments passed I decided to stand up and went to the window and opened it only to find my comrades were looking so happy

"You did it sis!" Anna hollered

"You did it in time now come down the portal has been activated, we have to hurry before it lasts!" Theodork called out, without hesitation I jump off from the window and fall to the ground, and Jack immediately helped me stand up

"Thanks" I muttered

"Your welcome" he immediately walk out, how nice of him

But I'm still bothered about the words that the witch said, I couldn't decipher what she meant

"Jenny! Hurry up" Anna called me out pulling me from my reverie

"I'm coming" I said and all of us stepped in the portal and disappeared
