Chapter 2: The past

Jakes POV:

-BEEP BEEP BEEP-

I reached over and turned off the alarm, I looked at the clock and was surprised to see it was almost 9. I looked next to me and saw an empty bed and Jade's walking stick gone.

I got up and bolted out of the room running down the stairs, the first place I went was the kitchen where I breathed a sigh of relief. My little mate was standing by the stove cooking bacon and eggs.

I walked up behind her and hugged her wrapping my arms around her waist. She gasped and turned around slowly reaching up to touch my face.

She sighed softly then leaned against me, we stayed like that for a few minutes before she yelped and I saw the grease from the bacon hit her skin.

I cringed and picked her up. "Here sweetheart let me finish breakfast" she nodded and moved towards the island in the center of the kitchen.

While me and my mate ate breakfast I looked up to see her only have eaten a quarter of her eggs and only half of a bacon strip.

"So my dear, we never properly introduced ourselves, I am Jake Kingsley alpha king. Who are you?" she looked around for something to write with and I handed her a piece of paper and pen.

She wrote quickly then slid it over to me and I read "my name is Jade Evergreen, lowest ranking werewolf in the cold blood pack" I growled loudly and gripped her hand.

"You no longer belong to that pack you are a part of this pack and their Luna." I mumbled to her softly before picking up her light frame and placing it on my lap.

"Well miss Jade lets get you some clothes" I stated before standing up holding her in my arms and walked into my room.

I set Jade on the bed and made my way to the closet. I grabbed a small t shirt that didn't fit anymore and some shorts, then some boxers, shirt, and pants for me.

I walked out to see Jade attacking a pillow. I chuckled loudly drawing her attention to me, as I set the clothes down.

She blushed brightly and looked down at her lap. I walked over and kissed her softly, she stiffened then kissed back slowly.

I took off her shirt and shorts then put on the new shirt that fit her a bit too well making me become hard from the way her breasts stretched out the shirt.

I coughed then walked into the bathroom and took a cold shower. When I walked out I saw Jade curled up with my pillow asleep, I smiled and got dressed then woke her up.

She sat up and yawned softly then rubbed her stunning white eyes. She looked up at me and smiles softly then reached out to touch my face.

I moved closer and allowed her to stroke my face, my wolf purring in enjoyment. I heard her sigh in content and lean her head on my chest.

We stayed like that until someone barged into my room making my doorknob creat a hole in my wall, Jade jumped back and fell on the bed as I turned and growled at the person.
