Friday Night, 10:00. Location: I think we just landed at Sci-Tech

It's confirmed. We just landed. I feel like I'm going to explode with excitement as Inout away my saxophone and grab my suitcase. It's fairly empty, as most of what I own is in my backpack. It's mostly just clothes, and a couple pictures of my sister and I.

A dark skinned woman greets us as we get off the plane. "Director Fury, sir." She says, ignoring me standing here. "Agent Weaver, I'd like you to meet our latest cadet, Rose Brynn." Fury replies. Weaver nods at me. "We've got a room ready." She motions to a couple of people to come over to me.

"Ms. Brynn, meet our top students, Jemma Simmons and Leo Fitz. They'll be showing you around this week. They can answer any questions that aren't classified." Weaver introduces me. The two who came over smile. They're both slightly taller than me. The man has curly blondish brown hair, and the woman has dark brown hair that's pulled back in a ponytail. They look cheery and happy. I'm willing to bet they're dating.

The man introduces himself as Fitz, and the woman as Simmons. I like them. They seem dorky, and like complete geeks, but that's what I am too. "So I heard you have a high school diploma already? Congratulations!" Simmons says. I smile. "Just got it on the plane. Unfortunately, there's no ceremony, but I've got it!"

"We graduated college about six months ago." Fitz pipes in. "Really?" I say, impressed. Simmons nods. "But you're so young!" I exclaim.

"Look at you!" Simmons responds. "Thirteen, and already graduated! What are you thinking of studying?"

I consider this for a second. "Probably Biochemistry. I'm not the best with computers, but I passed my biology exams with a 97, and chemistry with a 95."

"That's Simmons' field." Fitz says. Simmons smiles. "When do you start classes? Monday, I'd guess."

"Probably." I say. "I'm here for a week before going to Operations."

We've reached a dorm hall. Fitz opens a door. "Well, this is my room. Nice to meet you, Rose. Night, Jemma." He says, leaving Simmons and I in the hall. "Come on." She says. "Your room is up by mine."

I follow her up a couple sets of stairs before we enter another hallway. Simmons hands me a card. "That one is yours. Just slide the card in." She says. I do as she says, and a green light flashes on the handle. I pull the door open, and enter a small room with a bed in one corner, and a desk in another. The desk is facing a window. There's a small closet, and a set of drawers. Off to the side is a bathroom. It's the first room I've lived in without bunks for a while.

Simmons says goodnight, and that she's right next door if I've got any questions. "Just set your alarm for 8. That's when breakfast is." She says, and leaves me in the room.

I set my suitcase down, and my saxophone next to it. Fury said I should keep my clothes here at Sci-Tech, as Operations was a bit more strict, and required a uniform. I open my small suitcase, and begin sorting my possessions. I've got clothes, which are easy. Shorts and pants in a drawer, and shirts, skirts, and dresses sorted by color in the closet. Then comes the hard stuff. My scrapbook from England. A picture of my sister and I. That goes next to my bed. The scrapbook goes in the closet, on a shelf. My saxophone sits beside it.

Next, my books and backpack. I put those on a closet shelf as well, trying to keep as much floor space open. My laptop goes on the desk, and I plug my phone in by the nightstand. All I have left is my old school work, which I toss, and a set of school supplies. I'll leave those until tomorrow. Today's been a long day. I change into my pajamas, and fall into bed.
