** Alexa's POV **

After that talk with Zoey I realized I honestly couldn't do anything to make my dad stop seeing that girl.

Just kidding , nothing's going to stop me. While mom's not around, it's my job to make sure her and her name are respected.

I went to look around the campus to find her. Where could she be ? It's not like she would've left already. I was too tired. Then some lady bumped into me

" Watch were you're going stupid kid " she rolled her eyes.

" whatever hoe " I whispered.

Not that I have a bad mouth but when you really push my buttons it accidentally comes out.

" Excuse me ? " she said in a girly voice.

I turned around to look at the lady that just bumped into me.
It was her.

The lady that was kissing my dad yesterday. I couldn't help but just stare at her.

" what are you staring at kid ?"

I gave her a big smile w a side smirk.

I finally spoke , " you haven't happen to see a tall guy , curly hair , greenish eyes ; here I'll show you a picture"

I took my phone out of my back pocket and looked for a picture of my dad and showed it to her.

" Chase ? " she looked at me with confusion all over her face.

"Yeah that's my moms boyfriend, they've been together for 20 years now but we can't seem to find him." A fake tear came down my cheek.

" your moms boyfriend ? " she asked

"Yes "

"Well I'm sorry honey , I might have seen him , if I see him again I'll tell him his girlfriend is looking for him"

" you're such a kind woman "
I smiled big.

She looked furious. She turned around and walked faster than grandma after she burns her tortillas. You could hear the madness from the bottom of her heels clapping on the concrete.

Don't worry mom. Dad's not getting away with this one, trust me.
