The Roommate

Part 5:

•Brooke•
I woke up and performed my daily morning routine. I go to work in the evening and I have no school today, so I'm gonna stay home and try to relax. Since I had nothing to do, I decided to go cook breakfast. As soon as I finished washing the last pan, I took August plate out of the microwave along with mine. I plated his on the corner and screamed his name. 5 minutes later he came downstairs wearing nothing but sweat pants and socks.
"Good Morning" I greeted him while smiling
"Good Morning" he greeted me back while having a seat next to me.
He began eating his food, and when he finished turned towards me and started staring. I finished my last piece of pancake and looked back at him.
"What happened?" I asked after swallowing my food
"Thanks for last night, I really appreciate it" he said staring into my eyes
"No problem" I said getting up and grabbing both of our plates, I washed them and turned around to see August who was standing close to me.
"Do you work today?" He asked
"Yea, but later"
"Why?" I asked
Before he could answer someone jumped on top of him, then I noticed it was Miracle. She started kissing all over him. Eventually, he noticed that I was still standing there and he pushed her off of him.
"What's wrong baby?" She asked
"I wa-" he started but got cut off
"Really your still here?" She scoffed
I just rolled my eyes as I walked pass them, I grabbed my bag and walked out of the house.

•August•
"What the hell is your problem?" I asked her
"Are you fucking her?" She asked
"No, but I wish I was because I'm really tired of you and your bullshit, your not my girlfriend, your just someone that I have sex with, and you know that already"
"Fuck you, I can get any nigga that I want" she yelled as I walked upstairs
"Good because I'm tired of you, now get out and lock my door on the way out" I yelled back

3 in the morning

I had just got off of work and I walked inside the house tired as hell. The house was pitch dark and I got scared because the light wasn't turning on. So I just took off my shoes and sat them on the small shoe rack that August has close to the door. I started walking further into the house and someone grabbed me. I started to scream and they covered my mouth while they dragged me upstairs. They turned on the light and covered my eyes. I was thrown on the bed and I felt someone climb on top of me, I was about to kick them, but pinned me down, so I bit them.
"Ahhh!!! Shit!!!" I heard them yell as they uncovered my eyes. I opened up my eyes to see August rubbing his arm.
"What the hell?" I yelled
"Shit...you can bite hard asf " he yelled
"U scared me, and sorry"
"It fine" he said staring at me.
I then noticed that he was still on top of me.
"August can you get off of me please?" I asked
"Oh yea...sorry" he said climbing off of me
I got up and walked into my room and he followed me.
