The Roommate

Part 11:

•August•
I woke up in the bed all alone. I got up and did my daily routine. Then I got back into bed after I put on some sweats and some socks on. I turned on the tv and began watching The house of Payne. Last night was horrible for me. I feel guilty for not protecting her and disgusted at what he did to her. My thoughts were interrupted by the door opening and in walked Brooke. She walked into the room searching around.
"Your is over there" I said pointing to the dresser
"Thx" she said running out the door
I guess I'm alone today. I began to fall back to sleep,while watching TV. I was later woken up by some wet kisses. I opened my eyes to see Miracle on top of. I must be dreaming, because I haven't seen her for almost a year.
"Hey baby"she said smiling
"Did you miss me?" She asked kissing all of me
"No,what the hell are you doing here?" I asked pushing her off of me and getting out of the bed. She followed me downstairs and began to beg for us to get back together, and I had to explain to her that Brooke and I are dating. Then she asked if we could be friends and I agreed. So she stayed and we watched TV and cooked lunch together like we use to do. Then when it got late we began to watch Netflix, and I checked the time, it was 10:30 pm and I know Brooke is on her way home. After all she has been through she doesn't need anymore problems. So I pushed Miracle out of the door and she turned and kissed me. I got weak for a moment and kissed her back. Once I pulled away and opened my eyes fully I seen Brooke staring at us, with a look of anger and disappointment on her face. She walked up and stood in front of me as Miracle quickly walked to her car. I began to look around, trying to ignore the fact that she was staring at me.
"Move" she growled pushing me hard and making me fall into the house
She slammed the door and stared down at me with tears in her eyes. Then she rolled them and ran up to her room. Damn! Now I have to come up with a quick lie. I walked to her room slowly as I thought of a good lie to tell her. I opened the door to see that she wasn't in there, she was in the shower. So I watched 20 minutes until she came out. When she seen me she turned back around but I grabbed her and pulled her onto the bed with me.
"I didn't cheat" I blurted out
"Why was she here? Why do I smell her all over you? Why was she here so late? Why were you two kissing?" She questioned
"She wanted to know what kind of car did I buy last year because she was doing this survey for men. We were just hanging out, I promise you. She kissed me, I didn't kiss her" I lied
"GET OUT!!!" she demanded
I walked out of the door and she slammed it hard asf, making one of my pictures in the hall fall.

•Brooke•
Tomorrow is Saturday and I don't have to work, so I decided to stay up late. I watched Wild n Out and forgot all about August. During the fifth episode I got hungry so I decided to go get something to eat. Before I got out the bed someone texted me. I opened it up and it was from Odell. The message read:
You will regret what you did, and remember I'm everywhere you are, so watch your back.
I threw my phone into my drawer and ran over to my window. I locked it, then I closed my shades, and ran to the kitchen. I started to make me a sandwich and as I poured myself a cup of juice, I felt someone grab me. I already knew it was August so I snatched away. Then he pulled me back roughly and I turned around to see Odell. I screamed and he covered my mouth.
"Why the hell did you tell him?" He asked while he choked me
"I swear to you, if anyone else finds out and you ruin my career I'm going to kill you" he threatened me
"GET OUT!!" I screamed as I gasped for air
"Stfu" he whispered as he picked me up and threw me onto the counter. As he began to pull my shirt open I reached for the knife that I was using earlier, but he grabbed it and threw it across the kitchen.
"STOP!!!PLEASE!!!" I begged
"AUGUST!!!!!" I screamed
He then slapped me and covered my mouth before he could go any further he was tackled to the floor. I hopped off the counter and ran upstairs. I called the police and pulled August off of Odell. He pushed me,I fell and got back up. I grabbed August again and he slammed me down.
"Don't fucking touch me!!!" He yelled
As soon as he got off of me the door opened and in walked the police. I screamed for them and they ran into the kitchen. They grabbed both August and Odell, I begged for them to let August go as I explained to them what happened. Once we filed a report at the Police Department they escorted us back home. When we got back inside, I rushed upstairs and went into my room. I closed the door and thought about how all my troubles with him will be gone soon. My thoughts were interrupted by my door opening. I looked at the door and in walked August.
"I'm sorry" he said while closing the door and lean against the wall with his hands in his pockets.
"I was only trying to protect you and I got a little out of control" he added
"Leave me alone" I demanded as I stared at the TV
"Brooke" he called
"What? What do you want from me? I have nothing to say to you, I only want you and everyone else to leave me the fuck alone, how about you go irritate Miracle" I snapped
He stood there staring at me like he wanted to kill me.
"Come here" he demanded walking closer to me
"No" I replied
"Come here"he said raising his voice
"Get out!!" I demanded
"When I fucking tell you to come here, you get up" he yelled snatching me up off my bed
"Stop" I yelled
"What the fuck is your problem?" He asked trying to control me
"Let go" I screamed as he slammed me into the wall
"Why won't you just let me be a good boyfriend, I want to love you, and you keep pushing me away, I'm tired of this bullshit" he yelled getting close to my face
