"Regan, we can't be late again," my older brother said shaking me awake. I open my eyes and saw him running his fingers through his blonde hair.
"I'm up," I mumbled.
"Go take a shower. Mom is making breakfast."
"Ok." When he left, I walked to my bathroom and took a quick shower. After the shower,I put on some purple skinny jeans and a gray tank top, and brushed my red hair into a high pony tail. I ran down the stairs and grabbed my fruit smoothie an chugged it down. "Good morning ma."
"Good morning sweetie. Have a nice day," she replied.
"Bye," I said and ran upstairs. I brushed my teeth and grabbed my back pack and went into Jared's car. "I'm ready," I declared.
"Finally. At least we won't be late for the last day," he said while backing out the drive way. On the way to school, I put on some eye liner that made my green eyes pop, and lip gloss. By the time I was done, we were there.
"Bye Jared," I said.
"Bye," he replied. He walked to his group of friends,and I walked to Annie.
"Hey boo," Annie said flipping her long dark brown.
"Hey, you excited about the last day of school. Summer vacation," I said.
"Yeah. We can have a bunch of sleep overs. Mostly at your house because Jared is so hot. You are so lucky that he isn't blood related since you were adopted."
"Yeah, whatever. Are you coming over to help paint my room tonight?"
"Ofcourse I am. As long as Jared is going to be there," she said with a wink. We both laughed. We got to our class and we did nothing but talk. By the end of the day, me and Annie drove home with Jared and his friend Tyler.
"Hey ladies," Tyler said to us.
"Sup Ty," I replied.
"Ugg," Annie said making me chuckle.
"Nice to see you guys too," Jared said.
"Jared, you know I still love you,baby," Annie chirped twisting her hair and batting her eyes.
"Thank you sweetie," he replied. We pulled up into our drive way when Jared said,"We will be playing video games in my room. Don't bother us please."
"We won't. We will be painting," I replied. We went inside and moved all my furniture out the room. Then we covered the floors and base boards. We changed into old sweat pants and old shirts, then painted the walls yellow. When we finished, we ate pizza.
"What do you want to do, Reg?" Annie asked.
"We could have a disney princess movie marathon," I sugested.
"Awesome. You make the rootbeer floats, and I'll make the popcorn," she chirped. After several hours of Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, and so many more, we started feeling like a princess. We grabbed two puffy dresses, heels, and two tiaras.
"Who's your favorite Annie?"
"Belle, what about you Reg?"
"Arieal."
"I think the paint is dry now." I touched the wall and it was dry. We started hanging up my posters. We put back the furniture and layed on my bed. "I'm so tired," Annie said.
"Me, me, me too," I said falling asleep.

"Good morning sleepy head," Annie said the next morning.
"Hey," I replied.
"I'm going home to get ready. I'll be back in 3 hours," she said.
"Ok," I said and gave her a hug. When she left, I took a 30 minute shower. When I got out, I put on jean shorts and a peach half shirt that is tight and stops right under my chest. It shows of my belly ring. I brushed and dried my hair out, leaving it down and wavy. I drank my fruit smoothie and brushed my teeth. I put on some eye liner and lip gloss.
I walked into Jared's room and asked," Where did you put my black converse?"
"Damn," Tyler sighed.
"In the closet. And dude, that's my sister," Jared said defensively.
"Eww," I said and left.
"I'm back," Annie sang walking into my room. She had on a black school girl skirt and a white v-neck, fitted tee. Her hair was in a high pony tail and she had some gloss on.
"Hey babe," I said.
"You look hot," she said.
"Tyler thinks so too," I mumbled.
"What?" She said laughing.
"You ready for that party or not?" I asked.
"Yeah, let's go," she said.
