Unwanted Royalty

Alex's POV
"Hey! Who do you think you are?" I said splashing more water on my on my twin brother.
"You will never be the boss of me. I can do what ever I want to anyone I want" he said gasping in between giggles. Then I lost it when he made his way from across the pool, cornered me and started tickling me. I couldn't believe he used my weakness to win. "Zachary stop!!! I will inform the queen so she can throw you in the dungeon with all the other criminals" I joked.
"Oh really? You wouldn't have the heart to do that, remember I'm the only family you have. But since you threatened me you will have to face the consequences " he said swinging me over his shoulder. He started making his way to the steps of the pool.
" Zachary Anderson where are you taking me. Put me down right this instant!!" I said trying my best to get away from him.
He practically ignored me or at least he is acting like he didn't listen to anything I've said.
"Close your eyes." He ordered.
As the faithful and respectful twin sister I am I closed my eyes without hesitation. It felt like he was climbing up stairs. When it clicked I started shouting " I'm gonna fucking kill you. Zach pretty please sugar on top" thats you always should say to Zach and he'll stop.
"Well that doesn't sound convincing little sis!" God I forgot that's what would win him over if he was 5.Then the next thing I know he jumped from the scariest location I know, his 10 feet tall diving board. The water hit my face and I'm pretty sure it's all red right now.
Once I stomped out of the water I heard my crude brother giggling. I gave my best glare and went into the house to get dried.
Then everything I saw in the house made me remember the problems we're  facing.

-Flashback-
" You seriously need to understand our situation sir, please were just teens and we can't get you the money in 48 hours"  I pleaded.
" Little girl I don't think your understanding me either. The need the money I gave your parents, my daughter is in jail. She broke a China while working in the castle and the queen locked her up! I need the money to bail her out!"  The farmer yelled at my  face. I felt vulnerable. Me and my brother could never get that kind of money even in years. My stupid parents borrowed from almost everyone in the neighborhood to build a great house and other things the to satisfy themselves before running away leaving me and my brother alone. We looked for days, months, years but they are no where to be found. And know we are supposed to pay back all the money the took. We payed only quarter of their debt.  The kind ones feel sorry and forget we owe them more than 500 grand and some need it back like this farmer.
" I'm sorry sir. I wish I could give you the money back. I just don't have it now."
" Ok, if that's what you say, I'll tell that to the police. Anybody would believe an old farmer. I just say that you stole or took my money and your not giving it back. I'm sorry miss but I'm a father first." 
I'm  confused did he just say he's gonna get us arrested. Our parents have a lot of debt, how are we going to pay them back from prison. Shit we're in deep trouble.
He left without saying anything else. I tried to follow him for a little bit but I lost him in the crowd.
-End of Flashback-
Then I remembered I haven't told Zach about this yet. I have to, we may find a way to solve this before the police come.
" Zachary" I shouted
" What are you gonna surrender last minute 'ex. I told you I always win" he said coming into the house.
" We need to talk, we're in deep shit. I wanted to tell you since yesterday, but you were busy with Angie and I didn't want to interrupt your date" he had a date yesterday with his girlfriend Angie. They've been dating for a couple of years. She's sweet, beautiful and she is in nursing school. She is the only one that knows everything and he's been thinking on asking to marry her. She's nice and all but what will happen to me, I'm gonna have to leave the house and live alone.
" Ya, I've been wanting to talk to you too. I've bought the ring for Angie. And if we get engaged and plan to get married soon you know your gonna have to get an apartment for your own right?" Yep he definitely got straight to the point.
Right when my expression changed he said  " But I know Angie wouldn't mind having you here, don't worry sis we'll figure it out" he held me in his arms. " so what were you going to tell me ?"
" Oh, yea...... Um I don't know how to say this........... Remember Farmer Freeman " he nodes  " yea and he met up with me yesterday and said that he needs the money to bail his daughter out of jail and when I told him we can't get the money in years let alone in 48 hours and then he said he would go to the police and say that we refused to give the money we stole or took" I take a deep breath and feel my panic attack coming to me.
" Sit, it's ok 'ex we'll just sell the house or something" he said panicking himself.
We were both trying to calm down when somebody knocked the front door and said
" This is the police, open up."
