Lunch break and its Friday so everybody is in good mood. Me, Adrianne, Monica, Kate, Tristan and Carl are sharing the table.

"Labas tayong lahat bukas. Ang boring sa bahay eh," presenta ni Kate.

"Di pwede kami. May date kami bukas," I was the first one to decline. Tiningnan ko si Adrianne na parang walang pake. Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin. Well, it's our first date and he is not even putting any effort to it. He is a guy after all, not bothering on cheesy things.

Part of me, nainis but still. I just sighed.

"May pupuntahan ako bukas," Monica said then continue sipping on her drink.

"May date din ako bukas," Carl also decline then pick a fries on my plate. I glared at him. Kanina pa siyang nakuha. Uso kayang bumili. Lalaking ito nabubuhay sa hingi.

"Wala akong gagawin bukas." Tristan calmly said.

"Let's make it a date then!" Kate announced. I stared at her thinking that she was that desperate not to stay home alone. She just shrugged it off. "What?! It's better than nothing."

It's our first date so it has to be perfect.

"Matutunaw na ang salamin." Ate Jell said. She was my smartest sister in all but her frankly speaking terms gives me a hard time. "Balak mo bang pag-intayin yun ng tao ng kalahating araw?" She told me few minutes ago that my date have already arrived. She keeps on pestering me the whole time and already done her signature of rolling her eyes.

Bumaba na ako at pagkarating ko ng sala ay nakakapit pinag-aagawan na nina Jyne at Jira si Adrianne.

"Anong ginagawa niyo sa boyfriend ko?!" Tanong ko at mabilis na inagaw sa kanila si Adrianne. Possessive much?

"Oohh! You have two rivals!" Ate Jane teases. She likes making fun of me.

"Jeez, you're all acting like a baby. Stop with all the drama. Jade, get out now before those two do something weird," Ate Jell commanded. I did what she told me. Of course, we got a permission from my parents first before leaving. I even heard Ate Jell's speeches. "This is why I never want my boyfriend to come here."

"Pasensya na ha. Ganun lang talaga mga kapatid ko," I said while flattening the slouch in his shirt that had been curled up.

"I know, Alexa warned me about those two." He meant Jira and Jyne. Jira and Jyne are comrade. They're like twins born at different time and age. Jyne is seven years old but Jira is already thirteen years old. But having the same mind of a kid, I think, Jira's body is somehow questionable. Way out of league.

One day, Ate Jell brought his boyfriend home. But he ended up playing computer games with Jira and Jyne. Ate Jell is so pissed at that time and left home. I can't believe they nearly break up because of the twins in crime.

Right, Alexa, the best friend of my sister, Ate Jell. She sure knows a lot about my sister while I still find her super mysterious. I mean how Ate Jell can read fictional books at the same time being the topnotch. So weird.

"Hindi ka naman siguro magseselos sa kapatid mo?" He teasingly asked me.

"Depende. Kung mas mahal mo ako kaysa sa kanila." I replied with a full grin at him. He plastered a cute smile across his face. Even Aphrodite would go head over heels with the smile of this guy. Am I that lucky to have him?

"I think they just wanted attention," He said. His words made me stop. He got a point. In fact, he's right.

I understand now what Jira and Jyne actually wants. They only wanted to have a big brother. No wonder they are so excited when sister's boyfriend came over to our house.
