Part 4

Because the trolls didn't know what had happened, they allowed her behavior to continue, hoping that it would pass. But it never did. And now they were stuck. And afraid.

As Fin hustled around to fix Chasity something to eat in his cottage, he felt a sharp hit to the back of his head and suddenly cried out in pain. He began to rub the back of his head repeatedly but it wasn't working but when he glanced behind him, he realized that the object was Cassidy's shoe.

"Hurry up! I'm famished!" she screamed. "What is with the slow speed and hiding today? Was I not missed here?" she said sarcastically.

No. No she wasn't. They had not missed her one bit since her whole demeanor had took a turn for the worst. Fin said nothing, but hustled a lot quicker to get her food made, while Sunshine and Jimmy-Dean were outside, watering the Pilomies, beautiful flowers that grew so quickly if they were given the right care. 

They grew up to 1,100 feet tall and were stationed all around the island. The stem was, of course, a beautiful bright green, but the flower itself was of a deep shade of baby blue with just a touch of burgandy on the edges. The humongous flowers shone with great pride and had all of the inhabitants of Chamber Island struck in awe at their presence.

Chasity had took a great liking to them too and required that the trolls plant them right beside the cottages. And so they did, to please her.

But as soon as she stepped outside, a frowned played on her full, pink lips. She was unhappy at the sight of the Pilomies.

"Why are they not growing yet Jimmy-Dean! This is your area of expertise! How long does it take for some damn flowers to grow?!" Sunshine shivered at the level of hostility that Chasity was addressing them by.

"It takes great care Chasity... They don't just suddenly pop up one day into the beauti-" Jimmy Dean's whisper was cut off by a screaming Chasity.

"You know what! I'll just do it myself when I come back in a few days! Just leave everything. Useless trolls.."
