Chapter 28: Who are you?

Vince POV

"James, is this client, sponsor,partnership that we need to meet later? I already check their proposal and I'm interested in this collaboration if ever." I called my secretary

"Yes sir, they are interested for the partnership. Their company is based in London. And the owner is half Filipino so they want to have a business here." James replied

"Nice! What time is our meeting? Our contract is ready? How about other documents? And who is the owner and name of company again?" I asked

"Yes sir, all documents and contract are ready. Meeting with them later on 1pm at Manila Peninsula. The company is _______ and the owner is Maelyn Charliz Lopez po" he answer

Why all of name is like Cha? It's like they want my wounds to have a salt to deepen my wounds. As if they want me suffer more.

"Ok, you may go now." I answered afterwards.

I feel my energy suddenly drain ever I hear the her name again. Why I wish that it's her? Why the back of my mind, I want her to be Maelyn Charliz Lopez?

Suddenly I want to know, who are you Maelyn Charliz Lopez? Why I'm curious to see and know her now? Damn it! My curiousty kill me now!

We arrive at the meeting place earlier, maybe because I'm so curious on her.

And the door open, it feels like eternity. I hold my breath for I don't know how long.

"Good day, Gentlemen! We are sorry if we keep you waiting, you know the traffic. We just arrive last week here in Philippines and we don't know it's worse on what we expect." She explain.

I don't know what to feel.

Is it relieve?

For the lady is not her

Or

Dissapointment?

Because she's not her

I really don't know.

"It's ok, we just arrive earlier than what time we should meet." James back up me.

"That's good, Mr.?" She said

"Oh sorry. I'm James the secretary, and this is my boss Mr. Vince. And you are?" James answered.

"I'm Jane, the secretary of Ms. Maelyn. She just go to the comfort room. Oh she's here!"

As she said that the door opened.

I freeze for a moment there when I see her face again.

Damn it! It likes eternity since I saw that face! She's really beautiful!

My feet step and go to her without thinking just to hold her and feel her again.

I hold her hand so I can hug her tightly

"Damn! I missed you so much! So damn much! Hon, I missed you! I really do!" Without knowing my tears are suddenly flowing that have been keel for how many years.

I'm not aware on my surroundings, their reaction.

Her reaction.

And she push me.

But I don't want to be away with her, so I step up again towards her and hug again.

She struggle but no avail. I will not let her go.

"Damn it! Mr will you let me go! I can breath!" She protest

But I don't let her go, I just give her a little space so she can breath.

My tears can't stop from falling.

How I dream this to happen.

It's been so long that I feel alive!

"Sir, she's not your wife" James interfere

"What the hell James! Look at her! She is my WIFE! She is Charliz! She's not dead!" I hissed to James

"But he is right Mr. I don't know you. Maybe you mistook me from someone you know." Maelyn protest

"No! You are my wife! Why are you doing these? I'm your husband! Damn it Charliz!" I hissed to everybody

She give me a look of pity.

Damn it! I don't need that look!

Why she can't tell that she's Charliz?!

"I'm sorry for your lost Mr. but you need to free the soul of your wife." She pity me

It just add my frustration!

I took my wallet and let her see our picture.

Picture of us and picture with our son. Maybe on these picture, she can deny us anymore.

"See? It's you right?! This is me, you and our son Apollo! Damn it! Why can you just tell them that you are Charliz!" Vince

Maelyn POV

How come I have a picture on him? Worse have a son? I know I'm not that girl but she's like me a lot, as if we a twin. But as far I know, I'm only child.

"I don't know but Mr. I really don't know you. Maybe we can reasched this meeting in other time when you are ok and ready to talk business" I said

I step back to go and signal Jane to follow me.
