The next day came over like a breeze, I was last to get into class, with my new uniform on and my bag over my shoulder. Opening the door to find someone sitting in my seat, instantly I glared at him and walked up slowly he was asleep on the desk with the book covering his face.
"Hey, idiot. What are you doing in my seat?" I asked. With no answer I grabbed his uniform quickly and raised him in the air, the teacher wasn't here yet so I opened the window and let him hang from the edge. "I said why were you seating in my seat?" I repeated and he soon came too. He looked down and was scared to even move, he looked into my eyes and I saw fear and rage starting to grow.
"Who the hell are you? Do you even know who you're dealing with here?" He asked. I recognised his voice a little but then I couldn't. Throwing him across the room I close the window and sit in my seat, without making a fuss he sat in a different seat all together, the teacher finally entered the class and was ready to start the lesson, everyone was shocked by what just happen, even the teacher looked a little surprised.
As the afternoon arose to us people started to talk to me, Charlotte told me to be nice to them at least a little, so I done as Charlotte told me and made a few friends. At the end of the day they kept talking to me even though I'm well, me.
"Do you want to walk home with us?" One of the girls asked me with her big eyes, staring at me nervously. Taking out a lollipop and sticking it in my mouth I turn and look at her.
"Sorry but I'm in a rush, I'll see ya tomorrow." I said quickly before opening the window. People from other classes started to look in and wonder what I was doing.
"What are you doing?" Another girl yelled with her arms about to go round me. Without another word I jump down onto the floor and run into the distance. As I headed into my home, I shoved my night clothes on and my mask, throwing my uniform in a corner and locking the front door with chains running up the stair and grabbing my katana on the way I ran up to the roof and flooded from roof to roof to get to the middle of town. Looking over seeing all the pretty lights over ahead and the people going on with their daily lives.
"If only I could have had a life like that when I was younger" I said with a little remorse.
"You're fine the way you are though" Charlotte said as her smoke body appeared at my right side. "You're doing all this for a reason right? That means you're a hero, in your own way that is"
"You know why I'm doing this, but there's another reason too. But when are you going to get your physical body?" I asked looking at the ground. Charlotte disappeared without another word. As time passed slowly I started to jump down story by story down the building I was standing on, Finally getting to the second story I could hear little whimpers in the alley way I was above. Looking down I could see a full masked gang leader walking forward in front of a girl in my class. "Damnit, this is gonna be hard..." I whispered to myself, turning the voice changer on I jump down into the shadows of a corner and looked towards the full masked. With a knife in his hand he pointed it towards the girl and kept walking forward to intimidate her, she was crying and she soon fell to the floor. Taking my katana out of the shaft, I slowly head out towards the masked man the girl spotted me but kept quiet. Grabbing his head and ramming it back I place the katana right beside his neck.
"Who the hell are you?" He asked worriedly. Looking at him instantly in the eyes he recognised me immediately.
"So you think you can get away with that without me knowing?" A smile grew on my face and I looked at the girl then the masked man again.
"Your not sneaky you know" I whispered into his ear, "your not even a killer, your not a leader. Your an imposter, a stalker. You've heard of me yes?" I asked him quietly I turned the man around to face away from the girl. I scrapped the katana across his throat and blood came gushing out. Letting his body fall to the ground I turn to the now crying girl, she looked up at me and I kneeled down to her. "I'm doing this only once in my life, but you're safe from stalkers from here on out." I told her, standing up again and turning around to head into the shadows again I say my name as she cried and curled on the floor. "My name is Night Walker"
"Thank you. Thank you Night Walker" she screamed out as her eyes bawled with tears. Whispering into the dark I end up seeing the girl run out of the alley and run through the crowd of people. Feeling satisfied I head up to the top of the build once more and start to head home.
