We arrived at Cam's house. It was so big and looked really expensive. Cam opened the door to his beautiful home.
I looked over the couch and saw someone there watching TV. He looked like Grayson.
"I'm Ethan, hi." He told me sweetly. His voice was mellow and soft. Ethan got up to shake my hand.
"Hi, I'm Skylar." Our eyes locked as we shook hands.
"I kinda saved her from your brother," Cameron explained. Wait, they're brothers? I mean they look a like but how can two completely different people be related?
"Oh sorry about him. Grayson is kind of aggressive around girls. But don't worry, I'm nothing like him. We're twins, but that's the only like we really have in common." Ethan said laughing.
"I gotta use the bathroom real quick. I'll be right back." Cameron mentioned before running upstairs.
"What'd Grayson do to you?" Ethan questioned. A concerned look grew on his face.
"Well he punched me and said I was a nobody. And he was kicking me until Cam stopped him." I explained. I felt like crying just thinking about it.
Ethan stepped closer. "Listen, I'm sorry he did this to you. I really am. The old Grayson wouldn't hurt a fly. I promise he's not as bad as he may seem right now."
Ethan looked me in the eye. He genuinely felt sorry even though he wasn't the one who had hurt me. Then something in me made me move closer to Ethan. I leaned it, and we kissed.
