Souls pov
I picked Maka up out of the rubble.
"M-m-Maka." I said tears running down my face.
I hugged her and carried her all the way to Stein he was in the schools nurses office.
I set her down on the bed as Nigus walked over and put her arm on my shoulder.
"Come with my and we'll clean up your cuts Stein will take care of Maka." Nigus said sincerely. I followed her to the bed on the other side of the room. I sat down and Nigus opened the drawer next to the bed and pulled out her medicine. She took a wet cloth and wiped up my blood and cleaned my cuts with alcohol. She carefully put on the bandages and I felt good as new.
"You can stay with Maka or go home it's your choice." Stein said.
"I'll stay." I said sitting next to Maka.
-45 minutes later-
"Soul...soul...SOUL! GET UP."
Maka said shaking me awake I woke up and practically tackled her.
"Maka thank god your alive."
"Yeah I'm alive." She laughed
"Let's go home." I smiled
We checked out and caught a cab home. Maka sat on the couch careful not to hurt her wound. And I plopped down next to her as she turned on her show. She laid her head down on my lap and we soon fell asleep.
Sorry for not posting Sooner I went to Sacramento this weekend and super bowl but I will post everyday this week.
