Maka's pov
I raced around the house trying desperately to find my shoes.
"Soul!" I called hearing his name echo through the apartment
"What?"
"Do you happen to know where my shoes are?"
"No clue." He said shutting his door
-earlier-
Souls pov
I grabbed Maka's shoes from the basket and hid them under my bed knowing she would need them later.
-present-
"Hey Maka I find your shoes."
"Really?!"
"Yea."
Maka ran into my room to retrieve her shoes I held them above my head.
"What are you doing give me those!"
"No."
"Soul!"
"Maka." I said grinning
She jumped up and tried to grab them before tripping.
She fell on top of me making my already pink face even redder.
"Oh uh sorry Soul." She said scrambling off of me.
We stood up and I handed Maka her shoes.
"Sorry."
"It's ok."
She kissed me on the cheek giving me an instant nosebleed as she ran down the hall to put on her shoes.
