Chloe's POV
"Mads, why does school have to be so frustrating?"
"I don't know Chlo," she replies as grabs her lunch and slams her locker shut.
Today is the last day of school before Spring Break. Thank god we even have breaks. I wouldn't have lasted the whole school year with no breaks.
"Let's go find Kendall and Paige and eat lunch with them," I suggest, steering her away from the huge wave of boys that will soon be heading towards her.
Maddie Ziegler, one of my best friends, is like what you would call a queen bee, but more friendlier. She is gorgeous, tall, athletic, fashionable, smart, you name it. Yet, she doesn't have a boyfriend. Everyone knows her. She is the most prettiest girl at Miller High. Me on the other hand...well, I'm just waaaaaaay too ugly.
We quickly spot Kendall and Paige waving us to their table and head there. We have different personalities, yet we all get along so well.
Paige is wild and crazy. She loves adventures, and parties. Paige likes to let loose and have fun. She's also a flirt and drop-dead gorgeous.
Kendall, on the other hand, is very back-to-earth. She is very smart, even smarter then Maddie. She is pretty (not as pretty as Maddie though) and she has chestnut brown curls that are to die for.
Me? Well, I'm just your average ordinary ugly girl with blonde hair. I don't really care about boys (unlike Paige, Maddie, and Kendall) unless it comes to sports. Then I'm all for it.
"So, Paige, are you going anywhere for Spring Break?" asks Maddie, unpacking her sandwich.
"Yes," Paige says, her emerald green eyes sparkling with delight. "I'm going to Vegas."
"Great," replies Kendall, not looking up from her book she was reading as she munched slowly on her pizza.
"And the best part is....you're coming with me!" Paige squeals.
"WHAT?" Kendall spits out the water she just took a sip of. "We're all going together! It'll be a girls vacation. My mom has already contacted your parents, and they've all said yes!" Paige replies.
"Um, wow, okay then," Maddie says. "When do we leave?"
"Tomorrow," Paige smiles. "It's gonna be fun!"
