Chloe's POV
"Hey, Kendall, look at this!" I gracefully dive into the pool.
"I'd rate it a 9 out of 10," she says, clapping.
"10 out of 10! Fabulous!" shouts Paige, full of glee.
The resort's black pool gate swings open with a creak. Paige and Maddie immediately turn around to see who has entered.
Paige and Maddie are on the verge if looking for a "hot guy" since they don't have any boyfriends.
So every time someone enters into the pool area, they see who it is.
If it's a boy their age, they rate him on a scale. Personally, I think that's pathetic.
"Oooh! I'd rate him a 19.5 out of 20!" Paige squeals. It's a boy our age as I get out of the pool again.
Curious, I turn around.
Woah.
A few boys walk in, but one stood out to me.
This boy is drop-dead gorgeous.
Blue eyes, dirty blond hair.
Wearing a navy blue t-shirt and swimming trunks.
The sun illuminated his handsome complexion as he walked through the old, rickety black gates.
Woah.
This boy is different from other boys. This boy is...special.
Uh-oh. I'm turning into Paige and Kendall.
I then smoothly trying to dive in, to show off.
"Perfect, Chlo!" says Kendall.
As I tread water, "talking" to Kendall while Maddie and Paige are being flirty and showing off, I glance at the boy.
He finds a chair with his other friends, then slips off his sandals and slowly takes off his t-shirt, revealing...
"Dang. He has nice abs," remarks Paige.
He glances around and catches my eye. He looks at me then heads over to where I am.
"Paige, he's coming!" Maddie nudges Paige, who is staring at a plant for no reason.
"Hello," the boy says, looking at me the whole time.
"Um, hi," I say, looking deep into his sparkling blue eyes.
"What's your names?" he asks all of us, giving Kendall, Maddie, and Paige and quick glance but looking at me for a long time.
"I'm Paige, nice to meet you." she giggles.
"I'm Josh," the boy says.
