Do You Wanna Build A Snowman?

Normal POV

Meldy hasn't moved from her spot which is the window since 5 AM this morning. Why? She couldn't sleep due to the mysterious tiny droplets of ice falling from above. She watched the forest get covered by these white cold substance. Hawk had noticed this when he went to wake her up.

"Oi Meldy..how long have you been awake?" says Hawk. Meldy didn't say anything. "Meldy?" Hawk called again. That snapped Meldy from her deep thoughts.

"ah..gomene Hawk-chan..I was just busy figuring out these falling ice." Meldy opened the window and stuck her hand out. The droplets of crushed ice fell on her palm.

"what is this?" she asked while bringing the ice near her face.

"you've never heard of snow?"

"snow? ..what's that?" it started getting cold. Meldy's hands started feeling cold and turning light color of violet.

"shut the window..you'll freeze." So she did.

"Meldy! Hawk! Hot choco! Get down here before it get's cold!" Meliodas yelled from below.

"C'mon..I'll tell you all about it during breakfast." Hawkwent out with a smile. Meliodas was serving hot chocolate so he was excited.

"ah..hai..." Meldy made her bed before going downstairs.

Later.....

During breakfast, Hawk educated Meldy all about snow. Meldy's face held the biggest grin ever. Here she was stepping outside of the bar. The forest was covered with snow. "wahhhhhhhhhh....I never knew....winter could be so.....beautiful." Meldy went over the leaves covered with frost.

"Meldy..don't forget to wear your gloves." Meliodas handed Meldy her gloves. "During the winter time, you must wear anything warm so you won't freeze to death." Meliodas then wrapped a scarf around her neck.

"arigatou Papa.." Meldy blushed as she felt the warmth of the scarf.

"Oi Meldy! Check this out!" Hawk buried himself in the snow then started wiggling out.

"Hawk-chan...what are you doing?"

"I'm making a snow angel..c'mon try it..it's fun!" Hawk then jumped to another free space and stated making another one. Meldy joined him on the fun.

Meliodas was busy forming five snowmans. Meldy watched her Papa use his creative mind.

"Papa....what are you making?"

"This is called a Snowman, Meldy.?" Meliodas added eyes, arms, stone mouths and a carrot nose for the finishing touches. "Tada! My snowmen are complete."

"It doesn't look like snowmen....more like....snow women, Papa." Yup these snowmen were women...women with big boobs might I add.

"ah..that's because they are women...C'mon.. Do you wanna build a Snowman?" Meldy nodded and did her side of the snowman business elsewhere.

Meliodas watched as Meldy struggled to get a perfect circle butt failed. There were times that she suceeded but then it fell apart after a while. After an hour half, Meliodas came back to see Meldy putting the round snowballs in place. He sees three figures. One snowman was tall, the second was short, and the third was the shortest. Meliodas then thought that maybe she was making a snowman version of him.

He took a closer look and realized that it was him, Meldy and hawk she was trying to create. Meliodas smiled at his daughter's determination to make it perfect.

"Meldy...whatchu making?" He asked even though he already knows the answer.

"I'm making a snowman version of us Papa...see...this is me...you..and Hawk." Meldy lifted the second large snowball to the third snowman.

"ohhh...that's great! You're using your creativity Meldy." Meliodas patted his daughter's head gently. I'll check up on you when I get back okay?" Meliodas was gonna go make another batch of hot chocolate.

As he neared the Bar's entrance, a snowball was heading towards him. Meliodas didn't see it coming as the snowball hit the back of his head. He turned to see Hawk hding himself behind a snow fort.

"Hawk...are you really challenging me to a snowball fight?" Meliodas quickly formed a snowball. Hawk didn't answer. He let his actions speak. With the use of his nose, he lifted the snowball up then used his long ears to smack it straight to where meliodas is standing.

"well..I guess I got an answer."

"You can't play without a fort!"

"watch me!"

So the two upgraded their forts and started their snowball fight. It was fearsome. Piece by piece, their forts crumbled at the intense fight. It only lasted five minutes and everything around them was a mess. "I guess it's a tie!" Hawk shouted. Meliodas threw one last snowball. With all his power left, the snowball went directly at Hawk but he managed to dodge it. The snowball flew off to wherever it was heading in the forest."Okay..not its a tie."

"Papa!" Meldy called.

"Yo Meldy..are you done?"

"yeah!...come on...I want you two to see it." Meldy dragged Meliodas and Hawk to where she built her snowman. Meldy was so excited to show them. Meliodas could tell that Meldy must have put effort on her work. When they got there, Meldy's smile turned to a frown.

One of The snowman she built crumbled to the side, knocking the second snowman as well.

"what happened?" Hawk tried asking. It didn't look like something fell on it.

"I don't know....I guess I'm that lousy at art." Meldy didn't think twice to walk away..back to the bar.

Meliodas observed the scene. Something hit him. there was a strange Arch made in the middle of the tall snowman's center. Almost the shape of a ball. And that's what hit Hawk's mind.

"Meliodas...the snowball you threw..."

"yeah.........it knocked down......the snowman..." Meliodas felt guilty. It was his fault that Meldy's snowmen crumbled. He turned to see Meldy still wlaking away from her creation.

"what do we do?" Hawk questioned. Meliodas was trying to think of a plan. Then a light bulb was lit on top of his head.

"I got an idea!" he said with so much confidence.

It was around night time. Meldy noticed that Meliodas and Hawk haven't come in yet. She was starting to get hungry so she heated up the leftover soup from breakfast. After that, she went upstairs to change. When Meldy came back down, she saw a pile of snow in the middle of the room. It was forming a path leading to the door. Meldy followed it then on the outside, rocks were exchanged.

Meldy followed the stony track straight to where she had built her snowmen. To Meldy's surprise, it led to a new set of snowmen. This time, they didn't look round and out of place, they looked realistic.

"wow.....sugoi!" Meldy observed the snowman that looked like her. Even the same height as her. Then the other two snowmen that looked like Meliodas and Hawk.

"Do you like it?" Meliodas came out from hiding behind the bush.

"Papa...it's beautiful."

"Hawk and I made it for you."

"why?"

then hawk emerged from his hiding spot. "It's to say 'Sorry'. We accidentally knocked down your snowman with our petty snowball fight.we hope you're not mad."

"Mad? I'd never be mad at you guys." Meldy hugged her Papa and Hawk.

The three watched the realistic snowmans stand there in all it's glory. Meliodas smiled, the guilt was gone now. Then came a new feeling. Someone had thrown a snowball at him.

"Papa! You're it!" Meldy was already holding a hand full of snowballs. How did she do that?

"I'm not loosing to you two!" Hawk started building another fort. So did Meldy and Meliodas. To Meldy, this was the best season ever.
