Ariana's POV
I felt something warm and soft press against my temple. My eyelashes fluttered until they were fully open. I winced when I was greeted by the excruciating pain due to the brightness of the room. I repeatedly blinked, adjusting my eyes.

"Good morning Ariana." Justin whispered to me his warm minty breath fanning across my face. His brown eyes twinkled gazing down at me.

"Good morning." I responded attempting to push myself into a sitting position.

"Whenever you're ready we can get you discharged and take you home." He pushed a strand of my hair from my face, stroking my cheek. I leaned into his touch.

I felt a weird pang in my stomach and myself inwardly cringing at the mention of home. I don't even have a place to call home anymore.

"I'm ready." I responded just as a nurse walked in. She smiled at me before disconnecting the needles and other wires attached to me.

I swung my legs over the white hospital bed so that they were dangling off the side. Justin came close to me his hands sliding around my waist picking me off the bed and placing me on the ground, his proximity making me shiver ever so slightly. When he placed me firmly on the ground so my bare feet touched the cold hospital floors his hands lingered on my waist as we stared into each other's eyes. I was captivated by his brown orbs that seemed endless but comfortable.

My cheeks started warming as he leaned in closely his nose nudging mine. Instead of leaning in more to press his soft pink lips on mine, his lips tenderly pressed against my forehead. I swallowed my disappointment smiling up at him. He traced his hand down my arm to my hand where he laced our fingers together. Hands intertwined, he guided me to a chair where a clean pair of clothes sat neatly folded.

"You can go into the bathroom and change." Justin pointed towards the corner of the room.

Disengaging his hand from my grip, I picked up the stack of clothes that seemed vaguely familiar to me and proceeded to the bathroom. My footsteps were awkward and clumsy and I felt my knees slightly wobble.

I grasped the cool slick door handle in my hand, gingerly turning it to the left and pushing the door open. I dressed quickly, pulling the grey v-neck, black jeans and converse on. Surprisingly they fit perfectly.

I approached the sink, splash water on my face. I looked up in the mirror peering at my reflection. Dark circles hung under my eyes, and my skin had a sickly pallor to it. I was one shade away from resembling a ghost. I turned away from the mirror, contemplating whether or not I should go out.

I timidly exited the bathroom, my gaze dropping down to my footsteps. I peered up through my eyelashes at Justin. He could plaid and stripes and still look good.

"You ready to go?" He asked me taking my hand in his. They molded perfectly together.

"Yes."I replied, he lead me out of the room.
