chapter 2: Her

Frayne's POV

" -ayne "

"-up"

someone spoke in my head.

" -ayne - ake up!" I heard someone spoke again. I groan in response. The stupid voice is disturbing me from my beauty sleep. Wait! when did I fall asleep?

"WAKE UP!!!"

someone shouted making my eyes shot open which made me fall and hit my head in the hard cold ground. Then I rub my eyes tiredly then grunt for the slight pain I felt behind my head.

I pryed my eyes open. Closing  them then slowly opening  them to adjust from the sudden exposure to too much light. After adjusting, I looked at my surrounding and found out I'm home. Then I  remember that after suddenly meeting the mysterious transfer student, I went home because of too much shocked.

< FLASHBACK >

After I finished eating, I went to wash my hands at the faucet outside when suddenly someone pop out from the bushes. I almost shriek like a girl because of its sudden appearance. After I calmed myself, I look at my back and saw the most beautiful girl I have seen.

She has a jet black hair reaching her waistline, cute button nose, bow shaped pink lips, the most vibrant dark chocolate eyes, and mild tan skin. And her body was something every man would want to fight for.

I stared at her for awhile until I was interrupted by someone's clearing of throat. I was overwhelmed by her existence.

"Hey, you there!" she yelled at me sending chills behind my spine. She stared at me for a few seconds then leave immediately after sending me a death glare.

BADUmp! BADUMP! BADUMP!

I just stared at ground while squeezing my shirt like my life depends on it.

"WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME??!! "

< END OF FLASHBACK >

I was interrupted in my own dreamland when someone snap their finger at my face.

"Hello??, earth to frayne?? Are you still alive there???" my little brother asked while landing soft knocks on my hurting head.

I slap his hand away then glared at him. "What do you want?!!" I hissed at him while rubbing my head.

He just shrugged it off then point at at me.

"Mom told me to wake you up and tell to you to sleep in your own room not in the sofa." he spat adding 'duh' at the end of the sentence.

I stood up then walk upstairs, then went to my room. Upon entering, i flopped my bag on my bed then went at my wardrobe to get a pair of shorts and a T-shirt to change my clothes. After changing, I jumped on my bed remembering what happen in school. Then the  transfer student's face suddenly popped in my mind. Why was she there  that time? What happen to me that time? Why did my heart beat so fast that time,it's almost unbearable. And what's this fuzzy, fluffy, warm feeling I felt by just thinking of her?

Eh!?!! What am I saying? It seems like I've fallen for her? No,no,no, me? falling in love towards someone? That's impossible!!!! FRANCIS BRAYNE BRIANS never falls for anyone that easily. I'm tough as the most hardest of hardest rock in the world!!! There's no way.......right???

Ahhhhhh!!!!  enough of that topic already. I just need to do something to distract myself from thinking of her. I took the novel on my study table that I didn't finished reading last time. I keep reading the novel, then pause when some lines in the novel clicked something in me

'LOVE APPEARS IN THE MOST MYSTERIOUS WAYS, BUT THAT WHAT MAKES THOSE MOMENTS VERY SPECIAL'

And with that I remembered her face again then my heart started to beat so fast again that my chest start to hurt.I immediately close the book I'm reading, and thought to myself

"Could ...this... be..........love?"

< TIME SKIP >

I woke up this morning with a head ache because I didn't sleep well last night  and I think you know the reason why..,  I'm currently getting my notes from my bag when the the teacher suddenly clears her throat to get everyone's attention, when everyone has already settled, she motioned her hands to the door telling the person outside to enter. My breath hitched when the person on the other side of the door reveals itself.

'it's HER'

She walk near the teacher. "OK class we have a new transfer student in our class this semester, if you may could you introduce yourself?" our teacher said. Then she took a step forward, " I'm Alexa Paige, nice meeting all of you." she said then some of my classmates started to fawn at how beautiful she is but some also glared at her that's seems to be because of jealousy. Me on the other hand, keeping quick glances at her then look down at my notes after whenever she looks my way.

What happen next made my heart go skyrocketing.." Ms. Paige your seat will be next to Mr. Brians, Mr. Brians please raised your hand."

With that I raised my hand, then the teacher motioned her to go take the seat next to me.

I stared at her silently while she took her notes and pen from her bag. After almost a couple of minutes of staring, I decided to focus on the class, with that I decided to take a last glance at her but only to found out that she was now the one staring at me. I averted my gaze to the teacher talking in front.

I keep ignoring her life threatening stare, hoping that she stops staring at me. I thought everything was over when she started writing something on her notebook. But to my surprise she handed me a paper then smiled at me. 

I blushed a 50 shades of red from her gesture then took the note  hesitantly. After taking the piece of paper, I opened and read it's contents

'GO DIE YOU FREAK AND STOP STARING AT ME OR I'LL GOUGE YOUR EYES OUT USING MY BARE HANDS YOU WEIRDO'

And with that I turned pale, analyzing every word written on the paper then take a quick glance at her who is still smiling. I felt all the blood inside me being drained  and my body went numb.

'This will going to be a very long school year'
