Tuesday Morning

*beep beep beep*

I reach for my phone to shut my alarm off. I see that I've received a message. I unlock my phone to see that it's from Victor.

Yesterday 5:03
Vic's Fine Ass😋💘: I'll be pulling up at the end of you're block in 2mins baby 🏩

Sigh only the text from yesterday 😞 last night was rough I'm just glad my mom was sleep when I came in last night the last thing I needed was her to ask why I was crying that would've been too much

Before I began to cry over what could've been I roll out of bed and get ready for school. I throw on some grey joggers, so I don't have to change for gym. It's not like I have anyone to impress anyways.

I arrive at school a little earlier than usual. To my surprise Jahnie wasn't there yet so I decided to text her.

Me👑: qorl... WYA 👀

J👫💞: Wow you're at school before me 😱 this is a first congrats 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Me👑: And probably a last of you don't show up 🙃😴

J👫💞: Lol no chill, meet me in the cafeteria I have a surprise for you 😋

I swear if this ends badly too I will officially hate surprises for the rest of my life

I head down to the Cafeteria, I see Jahnie at the table all the way in the back. The same table she sat at the first day I talked to her #memories.

There weren't too many people in the Cafeteria this day. But of course this is the day Vic and one of his boys are in here. I swear this kind of shit only happens to me.

"Hey yo Jay let me ask you something!" I hear someone say over the muffled voices.

I turn to see that it was Vic's boy Kevin of something like that.

I trudged my way over to their table. "What, bro?" I ask with an annoyed look on my face. "You be looking fly man. Where do you shop?" The unnamed little boy asked me while looking me up and down. "I just go where-ever I can get what I want." I reply with a sharp tone while glancing over at Vic. His head was low as a tactic to not look at me. I barely even noticed his friend was still eyeing me.

"Maybe we could get together and you could show me an actual place." The lil K boy says while looking me right in the eyes. A little creeped out I just say "Sure just dm me and we'll link up."

I leave from their table.

Something is up with that boy i probably shouldn't have gave him the idea that it was ok to contact me but oh w.e I'm just relieved that, that's over with

I know I seemed a bit snarky with my comment and all but it actually pained me. To be over there and have to act like last night didn't exist when really nothing was the same.

Finally, after my interruption I get to Jahnie's table. I sit right across from her with my back toward Vic. I see Jahnie grubbing away on some chocolate chip pancakes.

"Well aren't we a bit hungry 👀" I say in a sarcastic tone. She finishes chewing and says "Stfu Jason 😂" she playfully swings at me. "Let me a get a bite though." I open my mouth and wait. She looks at me with a Motherly expression, "Really?" "I'm not playing I really want some. Please?" I pout my lips and give her my puppy dog face.

She rolls her eyes then reaches for her backpack and pulls out another container. "Aww for me? You shouldn't have really." I say to be cute as always. "Omg stop Jason 😅"
"Okay okay. But what's the reason for this fine dining?" I say while taking a huge bite. "Nothing I was in the mood for something sweet and I thought you would be too."

Hmmm she got no idea how much I wanted something sweet and I don't mean food ☕️

"Of course you did. When are you not thinking about me?" We giggle. "Eh Why is he looking over here?" Jahnie says while looking into the distance. "Who?" I ask with a raised brow.

"That sophomore boy that hangs with Vic and them." "Ohhhh him that's nothing he's just a bit weird." I say continuing to eat.

"Idk he seems like he's looking over here real hard." Jahnie says with a boy you playin' look. "Just ignore him, Jahnie it's just some irrelevant boy."

To be honest he was irritating me too but I didn't want to look back him. He already thought we're going to go on a shopping spree or something.

"So...I wanted to talk to you about something." Jahnie says twiddling her thumbs.

*ring ring ring*

"Damn that's the bell already, I'll see you later bye Jahnie!" I say as I break my neck getting up.

Jahnie is too nice sometimes free food is always a good thing but I kinda feel like I owe her now I wonder what she was going to say though Omg what if her and Alex started dating last night or something he's my boy but she can do better

I make it to 1st period with just enough time to chit-chat with Alex. By chit-chat I of course mean interrogate 🕵.

"What's good, yo?" I say as I dap Alex up once he enters the room. "Ahh nothing man,what's good wit you?" He replies nonchalantly. I give him a up and down look.

"What?" He asks me. "You sure, bro 👀?"I asks still looking at him with suspicion. "Sure about what nigga?!" Based on his reaction I take it that my thesis has been disproved.

"Nothing, nothing I was just tryna fuck with you." I flash a flash grin at him, he rolls his eyes.

The rest of the day was slow. 3rd period was a drag, Jahnie didn't spill the tea and Vic didn't even look my way.

This chapter was a bit short I know😴 but if you read the little announcement earlier you know why my week is still currently shit💩 but it might get a little better bc I'm going out tonight but enough about me I hope it was still enjoyable for you guys
