Wednesday 3rd period

Hell had been a drag as usual, but what made it worse is I hadn't seen Jahnie yet. I arrived at the locker room a bit early. I subconsciously unload my bag. Victor's boy suddenly enter the room just as I begin to change. I see them but I don't see Victor.

I wonder where Vic is not that I care or anything
I wonder when we're going to be called up stairs
I wonder what I'm going to feel like doing
Ewww and I wonder why is that lil k boy is looking in my direction boi bye✌🏽️
I wonder has he always done this 🤔
have I just been too distracted by Vic to notice his glare
idk this is becoming one weird ass Wednesday though

"Alright boys lets go!" The overweight bald guy we call a physical education teacher shouts. His raspy voice shatters my train of thought, as I mindlessly follow the line of boys upstairs.

Once I enter I see Jahnie sitting on the bleachers with some girls I've never seen before. Or at least never noticed, I immediately approach her, until I hear a familiar voice. Y'all could probably guess 😒.

"Hey Jason I think I'm free this weekend." Shouts that k boy. I quickly turn with a fake ass smile on my face 😄. "Ohhh well idk how this weekend looks for me maybe another time, okay?" He tries to say something but I cut him off "We'll work something out another time. K? Great 👍🏼."

If he didn't consult me in the middle of the whole class I probably would've cussed him out. But I wasn't in that kind of mood anyways. I just really wanted to know what Jahnie was going to say. She's never kept anything from me, at least not this long.

"Hey, chickita ! I'm feeling a bit parched how about that tea now 😅👀" I say once I'm within speaking distance of Jahnie. "Ahh I'm sorry I only have water at the moment." She says trying but unsuccessfully to continue the joke.

"Really, why can't you just tell me? What is it Jahnie!?" I put my hands on her small frame and shake her. She grabs me, "Omg! Why are taking this so seriously? It's nothing really." She looks down, I catch her gaze and hold her hands. "It is something that's why you're being weird about it." I try to be sound as caring as possible. "I just don't want to talk about it right now ok." She pulls her hands away.

Ok I'll give her a break for now but this girls going to tell me before the day ends

Later that night

Me: bc now I have to know just tell me even though it's probably nothing

J👫💞: Well if you think it's nothing then why do you have to know👀

Me: Because it doesn't hurt to be 100% sure

Me: So just tell me👀

J👫💞: Really 😐

Me: Fine I'll just guess than
