~Natalie's P.O.V~
"Who was on the phone, Harry?" I ask, my hand on his shoulder as he concentrates on speeding down the road.
"My best friend, Josh."
"And?"
"He said there was some guy outside of his house and he was cursing and screaming."
"Did he say what the guy looks like?"
"Yeah. Don't worry, its not Louis. Its an old enemy, Joe. He's never liked me, and I don't know why."
"H-Has he hurt you before?"
"No. He's never had the nerve to hit me. He's only shouted insults. He always keeps a distance."
"What are we going to do when we get to Josh's house?"
"Well.."
"No, Harry. Never in a million years."
"Natalie, it's the only way to get him off mine and Josh's back!"
"No! You're not going to fight him, Harry!"
"Just relax, alright? Who knows if he even stoops to that level?"
I take a deep breath, and press my back against the leather of my car.
About 15 minutes later, we arrive at Josh's house. My eyes search the front lawn for Joe.
"He's in the backyard. If we want to get inside, we need to run." Harry says.
I quietly open my door, and sprint for the front door. Harry makes it in after me, and slams the door shut, locking it.
"Josh?" Harry whispers.
"Over here." Josh whispers back, laying on his stomach under a table.
"How long as he been outside?"
"45 minutes."
"Jesus. Natalie, stay in here."
My eyes widen. Was he really going to just leave me in here so he can go fight somebody?
"Harry, No-"
"Just stay, alright!"
I step back a few steps, and sit down next to Josh under the table.
"Hi. I'm Josh." He says, holding his hand out.
"Natalie." I respond, shaking his hand. "Hey, do you have a bathroom?"
"Down the hall, second door on the left."
"Thanks."
A few minutes later, I am done with my business, and begin to walk back out of the bathroom. I take a quick glance out of the window in the bathroom, and I see a car pull up.
What were they doing here?
