Im sorry mother. Im sorry Loki. Im sorry Nora. But i must go. I can't stay anymore. I must find my father. I can't deal with the lies. I grabbed my things and left. All i needed was food, water, clothes, and the Knife of Souls. I kissed Loki's forehead and walked out of the door. I dodged guards and made it to the courtyard. Once i got there, i ducked behind a bush and heard a familiar voice mutter, "Did you really think you were leaving without me?"
"Loki?!" I whispered.
"You've been distracted all week and seemed on edge all day. I didn't actually fall asleep. Thanks for the kiss, by the way." He smirked. I blushed angrily.
"You can't come with, its too dangerous." I didn't want him to get hurt.
"Im trained to be the General of Light. I think i'll be fine." He rolled his eyes and lifted up a backpack. "And i brought my own stuff. So, where are we going?"
"There's no stopping you is there?"
"Nope. So where are we going?" he smiled.
"To... to find my dad..." I said, embarrassed. He looked at me sympathetically and pulled me close to him in embrace.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Mission Find Dad, here we go!" And with that, we began our adventure.
