Drew walks out of the kitchen and goes straight to his room paying no mind to what Kim and I walked in on and shuts his door with a loud clunk. "Okay then?" Kim says getting up and putting our plates on the counter before following me back to her room. I flop down on her bed and she presses the play button on her DVD remote and Everybody's Fool by Evanescence starts up.
"So how long do you think they will be gone for," I ask, making myself comfortable.
"Probably just a few hours," she says shrugging.
"You're legs probably look like a forest," Drew says glaring at me, "that's probably why you wear jeans all the time."
I shake my head and will the memory away but it stays there, heavy, in the back of my mind. "So what do you wanna do now?" I say trying to forget about it when Drew walks in the room.
"What do you want," Kim says glaring at him.
"Nothing, I'm just bored."
"Well go be bored somewhere else," she says waving him out of her room.
"Nah, I don't feel like it," he says leaning on the door frame.
"How can you possibly be bored when you have an Xbox 360 in your room that has hardly been messed with since you got it."
"I'm just bored of it," he says shrugging."
"Oh my gosh," she says shaking her head and pinching the bridge of her nose. "Can't you just go watch a movie or something," she says annoyed
"Why," he asks.
"Seriously just go somewhere else," she says standing up and attempting to push him out of the room, failing miserably.
"Wow, you're weak," he says smirking, "you're little friend over there is stronger than you are."
"Shut up," she says closing her door in his face and locking it. "Oh my gosh, he is so annoying," she says sitting back down on the bed and letting out a huge sigh.
"I'm bored!" he yells from the other side of the door.
"Go away!" Kim yells, making me plug my ears.
"Fine, have it your way," he says storming off to his room.
"That was awkward," I say looking anywhere but at the door.
"Tell me abou..." she starts to say when she is cut off by music blasting from the living room stereo. "What the hell is he doing," she yells over the music, before getting up off her bed and throwing open her door, and storming out. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" She walks over to the stereo and hits the power button so hard it hits the wall.
"HEY," Drew yells, looking up from his phone, "I was listening to that."
"Well I was trying to talk to Bridgette."
"Well I don't care, I'm bored," he says looking back down at his phone.
"Why don't you just go to a friends house," I say getting annoyed.
"Cause I don't feel like walking into town."
"Well maybe you should get to feeling like it because you being super annoying. I invited her over so we could hang out and talk but that's not possible if there is an idiot walking around the house blasting his stupid ass music!"
"Rock is not stupid, FYI, and excuse me for not wanting to walk around town," he says with a lot of sarcasm.
"Oh my gosh! I could kill you right now and have no remorse, whatsoever!" she says dragging me back into her room and slamming the door.
"I think he won that fight," I say trying not to laugh.
"Oh shut up," she says trying not to smile.
