Her view.

The knocking at the door wakes me up, and I groan. Anna and I must have fallen back asleep.
"Room service," a voice calls out, and I roll out of bed to open the door.
"I'm coming." I yawn and open the door. "Oh." My eyes widen as I look in Harry's eyes. He looks even more handsome in daylight. "I thought you were room service."
"I am." He grins and holds his hands up. He has 2 coffees and a bag of something.
"Oh, thanks." I stand there awkwardly and groan inwardly as I realize how I look. I reach up and rub my eyes and then look at my fingertips. They're smudged with black.
"Going to a fancy dress party today?" he asks me with a smile.
"Sorry, what?"
"I was wondering if there's a reason why you look like a raccoon."
"Excuse me?" My mouth drops, and he laughs.
"Can I come in or am I not allowed past the front door?"
"Why do you want to come in?" I take a step back, and he runs his fingers down my cheek, holding everything in his other hand.
"Don't worry, Cassidy. It's not to seduce you. Trust me."
"Whatever." I roll my eyes, but I feel hurt inside.
"Who's that? Is it Liam?" Anna calls out eagerly.
"No," I call back, and he stares at me curiously.
"Do you wish it was him?" he asks me softly.
"Why would I care if he was here?" I shake my head, annoyed.
"Just checking." He walks into the hotel room and walks up to the bed. "Here's a coffee and onion pastry. It should make you feel better." He hands both items to a shocked Anna. She sits up in the bed, looking confused, and her eyes are wide with shock.

I giggle as I stare at her. Her hair is all over the place, and she looks like a scarecrow.
"Thanks." She takes them tentatively and gives him a small smile.
"No problem." He turns around and walks back to me. "And this is for you. The same thing. Though I got you a doughnut as well."
"A doughnut?"
"To keep your lips sweet." He smiles and looks at my lips for a few seconds.
"Oh." I swallow hard and sit down on the couch. "Thanks."
"So how are you feeling today?" he asks me as he sits next to me.
"I'm fine." I shrug. "It was Anna who was drunk."
"I see." He looks over at her as she eats eagerly. "Liam always seems to know how to pick them."
"We were at the museum last night..." I start and he nods.
"I know."
"Oh, well, last night you--" I start again, and he jumps up.
"How do you think I made it to the hotel so quickly?" He looks down at me with dark eyes. "I saw you get into the cab with him. I know Liam well. I know what he had planned."
"He was coming back here for Anna." I speak up defensively.
"No offense to Anna, but he was coming back for both of you. I'm sure he thought it was his lucky night."
"So you really thought I was going to sleep with him?"
"He shrugs. "You wouldn't be the first girl to fall for his act."
"How rude--" I start to respond, but Anna responds.
"So you're telling me I chose another loser?" She sighs and sips her coffee. "Why do I always pick the assholes?"
"Maybe because you jump before you look."
"Well, you were about to jump too." She gives me a pointed look.
"Anna." I give her a direct and angry look.
"Yes, Cassie?" She smiles innocently. "I'm just saying neither one of us is immune to sex gods."
"Uh huh." I turn away from her, and I can see Harry staring at me with a curious expression. "Can I help you?" I ask him in irritation.
"Spend the day with me."
"What?" I'm not sure how to feel by his request. It's something that I've seen coming.
"Let's spend the day together."
"So that tonight doesn't feel like sex with a stranger," he whispers in my ear and then laughs as I stare at him in shock. "Or did we get our signals mixed last night?"
"What did he say?" Anna shouts out. "I can't hear."
"Anna." I shoot her another look and she grins back at me. "I think you should leave, Harry."
"So that's a no to spending the day together?" He runs his hands through his damp hair.
"What do you think?"
"I thought you were a girl who didn't play games." He raises an eyebrow. "I thought you were a girl who would appreciate a fun weekend, no strings attached."
"I see."
"I guess I was wrong."
