I went to school that day not really knowing what to think, all I did know was that I had no chance with revising. I laughed along with my friends and acted like nothing was wrong, I didn't actually think anything was wrong much though, that was the problem. My dad hadn't actually commited suiced, or died for that matter, it was just a nightmare, but why?. My Dad's Dwain Carter, 35 years old with brown shaggy hair and bright blue eyes, with quite a muscular build. He works for a security company approximately around a mile up the road, but with me being at school 9am untill 3pm I hardly see him. My daily routine consists of going too school, coming home, having my tea and then either spending time with my boyfriend Kyle or talking to him on social networking sites. Like any other teenager, friends and boyfriends come way before parents do, as their seen as 'uncool' and 'embarrasing'. My mum for that matter, Brooke Carter, is loved by my friends I don't see why, she's just the same as any other Mum. I think it's because she's a young Mum, her first pregnancy was when she was 17 but unfortuneatly miscarried at 5 months and then fell pregnant with me a month later. All my friends Mums seem too involved in their own lives to even notice their children, whereas my Mums different. After a year of working in a popular highstreet shop British Home Stores, she quit work after falling pregnant with me and has stayed unemployed since to look after me and my brother Blake. She always said that once me and Blake were old enough she'd start work again, but that won't be any time soon as Blakes only 10. Annoying, obsessed with Football, and a Daddys boy, yes he's just the same as any other 10 year old boy. As far as Kyle goes, I've only been with him for a month or two but he's also like my best friend, we're extremely close. I met Kyle at one of his family parties as I'm best friends with one of his cousins Katie, and since then we've practically been inseparable.

So as you can see my family is just like any other family, I mean my Dad's training to be a spiritulist which people might find a bit spooky but stuff like that doesn't really bother me. I've seen ghosts before, not that I can really remember, only from what my Mums told me. Florence, my Great Nana, passed away from Cancer when I was 4 years old; I hadn't been told as I was probably to young to understand. "You sat on the windowsill one day playing with your new hamster when Me and your Nana where discussing funeral plans, and you began to wave out the window; obviously with nothing there apart from the small red car I had to ask what you where waving at and you replied with 'Nanna'" explains my Mum. Clearly getting confused and inquisitive, my Nana went to see a spiritulist who then told her that her Mum was in the back of her car, so I guess I'd actually seen her. If only I'd of known that spiritulism would turn my life upside down, I could have changed something, but unfortunately my life now is full of if's,but's, and maybe's.
