It was a Sunday afternoon, so you and Kendall decided to go to the skateboarding park. One of his hobbies was skateboarding. He would always tell and convince you to learn how, but you'd refuse because you were scared you might get hurt or something, even if you really wanted to learn to skateboard. All you could the whole hour was to watch Kendall skate back and forth, while sipping Cola.

"Hey, [y/n]," Kendall waved at you while he skated, "come join me, please!" His voice echoed throughout the park, since you two were the only ones left there. "I'm scared, you know that!" You shouted back at him, your hands framing your mouth. Kendall stopped, grabbed his board, and sat next to where you were sitting.

"It's fun. Girls can try and learn skateboarding, too. And you shouldn't be scared. I'm here; I won't let you get hurt." You looked up at him. He wasn't just saying that because he's a sweet person. He really IS a sweet person, and it gets you all the time. "Well. If you say so, alright." You stood up, Kendall helping you by holding his hand out for you. You both walked towards a slope as he positioned his board. He grabbed your hand, which made you felt all tingly, carefully guiding you to step on the board.

"Crap, I can't stand heights." Kendall chuckled at you, "We're not standing on a building. It's only a few meters high." He was right, you thought. But of course it was your first time, it was normal for you to get all sweaty and trembling. "I don't think I can do this all by myself." You thought Kendall was going to say something like 'no, you should do this by yourself so you'll learn' but instead he said, "Like I said I won't let you get hurt."

Kendall grabbed your waist, hopping onto the board along with you that your bodies pressed against each other, your faces only a few inches away from each other. "Here we go!" You let out a loud scream in fear, hugging Kendall as tightly as you could, as he let the board skate through the other side of the slope. "Kendall, I hate you!" You hit his chest, emerging another loud scream as Kendall did the same thing once again, but all of a sudden the board stumbled and you both were thrown to the grassy. Thank God it was grassy over there. Instead of you both groaning in pain, instead you two laughed and laughed, laying next to each other on the ground.

"That was such an adrenaline rush, I loved it!" You said, looking over at Kendall. "Someone's adventurous." Kendall teased, turning his head to you. There was an awkward moment of silence of just staring at each other's eyes, you both didn't even know what was happening.

"You know what's even more wonderful than skateboarding?"

"What?" you asked.

"To be your boyfriend, and for you to be my girlfriend. You don't know how much I'm dying to tell you that."

You blushed. You were speechless, your eyes blinking several times like a giddy child. "I-I.." you stuttered.

Kendall grabbed your hand, and pressed a sweet, gentle kiss at the back of your hand. "So..?"

"Maybe being your girlfriend is even more wonderful than skateboarding."

Both of you exchanged joyous smiles at each other, hugging each other tightly as you both stood up from the cold, hard grassy ground.
