Sota Sage : Chapter 3 : Bell Training Test

I was currently walking around the village with my now clean Ninja attire on. My bow was across mt back as was my quiver. My Katana's rested on my left hip as my weapons pouch was on my right thigh, fully stiocked. My hair was gently blowing in the wind and my cloak swished as I walked through the streets. Did I gain a lot of looks? Heck yeah. Like I was about to kill someone kinda looks. Hearing yelling, I crouched and jumped onto the roof tops, folling the sounds of what sounded like Sakura yelling at Naruto....again. 

"-H! AS IF I COULD FEEL SAD THAT I WASN'T GROWN UP AS YOU!" I sighed and shook my head at the two. Sakura was shaking Naruto half to death as she yelled at him. I saw Kakashi with some boy behind him, shaking in fear as Tsunade and Pap....

"Papa!" I beamed and his eyes snapped up to my grightly shining light purple ones. "Sota!" He beamed and held out his arms to which I jumped into. He twirled me around before kissing my head and setting me down on my heeled feet. "You look so grown up!" He pouted and rested his hands on my shoulders as he studied me. 

"I was gone for a 6 months, papa...." I said, embarrassed. "But you're almost 16!" I crossed my arms. "Naru-Kun is 16 too, papa." I pointed and he sighed. "That's different! You were three inches smaller before you left, Sota!" He said and began rubbing his cheek against mine but stopped. He slowly pulled away and his hand touched my hair. 

"Your hair!" He yelled and held it up. "Moku singed it!" I said, stroking my hair but I saw Sakura about to hit Naruto so I released the seal on Naruto and appeared next to him. I grabbed her arm and sighed. "Sakura....I think you've knocked enough sense into him today." I said and she huffed. "You're lucky Sota is here, Naruto." She glared at him as he hid behind me. I let go of her arm and she crossed her arms and looked away. 

"Well...it's been a while, hasn't it?" We all stopped and looked over at Kakashi.  "From now on, the three of you will come on Team-Related missions. It's different than before. It's no longer Teacher and student. Starting today, we're equal Konoha Shinobi's." With that, he held out three bells. A question mark appeared over my head. 

"Sota, I don't expect you to get it right away but Naruto and Sakura can explain things for you. I'm interested on how much you three have improved. Granted, I haven't been on any actual missions with you, Sota so I'm more interested in what you can do." I nodded as he looked at the other two. "The rules still apply when we first met. If you don't come at me with the attempt to kill, you will never succeed getting the bells from me." He said and disappeared. "Come on, Sota-Chan!" Naruto grabbed my hand as we three began running off. 

"So...what's this about?" I asked and Sakura smiled at me. "We have to get the bells from Kakashi-Sensei using team work." I slowly nodded but furrowed my eyebrows. "Don't we...do that already?" I asked and they laughed at me. "Yup! But we're going against Kakashi-Sensei so it'll be tough cause he's got the Sharingan." I nodded, remembering Papa saying something about that.....

[> Sadness and Sorrow Begin <]

"The rules are the same as before." Kakashi repeated as we came to a training area with three tree stumps in the ground. "No matter how, try to get the bells from me. You have until Sunrise tomorrow." He said, gazing at us three. "Well....this place....I've missed it." Naruto said as we glanced around. "Yeah." Sakura said, smiling faintly as Kakashi took out his book that Papa writes. 

"Ah, that's right." Kakashi looked up. "This is where you first trained, isn't it?" Kakashi asked. "Team 7..." Sakura trailed off. "The three manned team." I suddenly felt out of place so I took a step back, letting them relive their past, thinking of their lost friend. I felt like I should be else where but these three were now my team as well.
