Hatred, guilt, loneliness, pain, and sorrow
Will kill the happiness that resides
Deep within a person's heart
Should they allow themselves to dwell
Upon the dark emotion
Such emotions will consume
'A person,s heart
And consume that which is pure
So do not dwell on such emotions
Lest they consume you
And you lose all you hold precious
