I was immediately greeted by the familiar bleach blond locks of hair. Yes that's right it was Stella, just what I needed.

"What are you doing?" I said pulling my wrist from her grip.

She didn't reply she just looked down to the floor before fixing her gaze back on me. "Well?" I continued.

"David...we need to talk"

"Talk? I think you've done enough talking. Do you know you nearly destroyed it for me and Abbie?"

She shot me a look and her eye brows were knitted together "Me!? Excuse me who knocked on my door at about 3am in the morning saying you've missed me and the next second you had your tongue down my throat!" She said as she raised her voice in anger.

"I was drunk okay! I'm sorry but it was a mistake. You know braking up with you was probably the best thing I've done because if I didn't then I probably wouldn't of met Abbie"

After I said this I felt a little bad I mean yeah okay it was the truth but was I being to hard on her?

"I thought you just went with Abbie to get back at me...I never realised how much she meant to you"

We both fell silent for a moment before I continued "What about Josh?"

She shrugged her shoulders "I like him but...he's not you"

"Stella listen your stunning and I know you can be bitchy at times but you are a lovely person. I'm not the right one though"

She took a step towards me "you are, I know you are" her voice a little shakey.

"I'm not Stella. Listen the past year has been great with you but it's time we go our separate ways"

"I thought we were the perfect couple"

"Perfect couple? Yeah it was great when we got along but all those arguments...we just clash to much Stella."

She let out a sigh "Fine...if this is what you want, I hope you do find the right one"

"I think I have" I said as I tugged my mouth into a smile towards her.

She flashed one back and walked past me. Before she got out my reach I span around and took hold of her arm causing her to look back at me.

"Thanks for understanding"

She nodded her head and continued to walk off as I loosed her. I feel bad because she sounds like she still has feelings for me but I mean it's not like she can't ever find somebody else I mean for starters there's Josh. I'm just going to try and put her behind me now anyway and hopefully she will do the same about me.

I continued to walk down the street, hands stuffed in my pockets. The sun glittering over everything I pass, I was now making my way towards Tyler's apartment. In a way I hope he does agree to come to the beach with us even if it involves Will coming along too.

MY P.O.V

By the time I was making my way back over to the table I had noticed that David was no longer sitting opposite Josh. I took a seat however Josh was mindlessly tapping and sliding his slender fingers along the surface of his phone.

"Where's David gone?" I questioned Josh.

Without taking his eyes away from the screen he replied "Oh he said he had to sort something out for tonight, don't worry he said he's going to meet us at the beach. Oh which reminds me he's asking along Tyler and ummm Will I think his name is but yeah I said we'll meet him down there."

"Oh okay" I said as I began tapping my fingers on the wooden table. Josh still hadn't looked up from his phone so in a split second I leaned forward in my seat and grasped his phone from his hand, pulling towards me he jolted upwards. "Oi! Give it back Ab"
