Aysha's pov; Silently I unlocked the door and opened it only to see her eyes filled with sincere emotions.
"Say that again." I demanded.
"Aysha I love you" she said truthfully.
I stared at her in disbelief, how could someone love someone a broken as me?
"Why, why me? you could do so much better."
I expected her to say you're right and to hate me but she didn't because in that moment I realized that she doesn't know how.
"Aysha I can't do better than you, Aysha I love you and I know that we haven't know each other long, but I'm tired of hiding my feelings for you."
"Do you mean that?"
She nodded her head. I stepped out of the bathroom and crashed my lips to hers, I felt electricity flowing through my body. She moaned against my lips and knotted her fingers in my hair. We pulled away after what seemed like forever, both panting and out of breath.
"Nicki why me out of all people?"
"What do you mean by that?"
"Your beautiful and smart, and I'm just boring, ordinary, and ugly."
She grabbed my face "Aysha you are not ugly or Boring, you're different from others and that's why I love you."
She pulled me toward her and planted her lips to mine once more and kissed me slowly. I pulled back
"Nicki I'm not ready for this I just got out of a relationship."
"Its fine I understand, let's go make dinner and in the morning I will call my lawyer and see what we can do to stop her from dragging your name through the mud. And no matter what anyone has to say, you're going to be right here with me okay?"
I nodded in response and we headed into the kitchen where Nicki and I made dinner.
When we were done, she called Jessica downstairs and we said our grace and ate in peace.

later that evening all of us went into the game room and played bowling on the wii, and I won two out of eight games.
After that we went into our separate bathrooms and did our hygiene. We put on our pj's and gossiped over the latest scandals.
we stayed up till about 3 o'clock in the morning, until Jessica finally fell asleep.
Nicki carried her into her bedroom and tucked her in.
then Nicki and I went back into her room and talked the night away. I told her everything about myself and she told me everything about her and her daughter;
We finally fell asleep at around five in the morning.
Nicki's pov; I woke up with Aysha's arms wrapped around me, I got up and went into the bathroom to do my business. When I was finished I layed back down and thought about last night, I really loved Aysha - or at least I thought I did - I have always hidden the way I feel about women for the sake of my family and my image. So far it had been working until Aysha came along. I felt a pair of arms clutching at my shirt and I heard soft cries coming from Aysha, Those small cries quilcky turned into pleas for help. I shook the sleeping girl awake.
"Aysha what's wrong baby?" Since when did I call her baby. She must have noticed it to because she blushed.
"Nothing I'm fine." she lied.
I decided not to press her and let her tell me in her own time.
"lets go cook lunch okay, what are you craving?"
"I want a bacon burger." she grinned.
"Okay bacon burger it is."
I cooked all three of us one and after we ate Aysha and I did our hygiene.
"I have to call my lawyer today aysha."
"It's fine I wanna stay with you so do anything you have to."
She nodded and made a couple phone calls. In about four hours
there were a bunch of people at the house and they were discussing all kinds of legal stuff about what my mother was doing."
"Aysha sweet heart can you come here"
I walked into the parlor and closed the door.
"Okay so far we know that your boyfriend was abusive but we need more than that in order for you to stay your family is trying really hard to destroy your reputation, so what we need you to do is to explain why you left and why you choose to stay here with Nicki and raise your child; Aysha tell use your story."
