Champion

~Hayley's POV~
"How long you staying here dear?" Cody's mum asked. I looked at Cody, unsure of what to say.
"A week at most?" Cody smiled.
"Well, she's welcome here anytime"
I smiled sweetly. Cody pulled me into the study and shut the door.
"So you think, you can beat the undefeated champion?" Cody asked.
"Hell yeah I can" I smirked.
"We'll see about that, now shall we begin?"
"We shall"
He turned on his Play Station, put in a game, and handed me a controller.
"Your on" he winked.

Game over appeared on the screen in bold letters.
"Okay, you won this one but that doesn't mean you'll have a winning streak, my dear" Cody smiled.
"But I thought you were pro at this. Undefeated" I smiled.
"Yes, but, I was going easy on you"
"Really?"
"Yep"
"Don't then, play with your all, I wanna beat you with all you skill in play"
"Alright, go pick the next game winner"
I crawled over to his games, scanning over the many titles. I picked out Halo and put it in.
"Set yourself up to lose then" Cody smirked.
"Why?" I asked.
"I'm a pro at Halo"
"You said that last time, and I won"
"Because I was going easy on you"
"Okay, sure, whatever you say"
The game booted up and I gripped he controller tight. I wasn't going to let him win.
"How many games does one have to win to be crowned champion?" Cody asked, waiting for the game to load.
"First to three?" I asked.
"Sounds good to me"
I nodded, playing with the controller. The game finally loaded and Cody was setting everything up. A few minutes later he was finished and he looked up at me.
"Let the game begin" he smirked. I rolled my eyes and shifted my focus to the game.

"YES YES YES!!!!" I yelled, celebrating my win.
"Are you fucking kidding?!?" Cody yelled in disbelief.
"Who's the pro now?!?"
He rolled his eyes.
"You haven't been crowned yet, princess" he smirked.
"Whatever, prince" I rolled my eyes.
He walked over to a cabinet and pulled out a clear disc cover. He chucked it over to me.
"What's this?" I asked, picking up the disc.
"If you can beat me in this game, you'll be he official champion" he smirked. I looked at the game.
Mortal Combat X
I smirked.
"This is my kinda game"
He stared at me, a smirk playing on his lips.
"We'll see about that" he nodded, putting the disc in.

B. R. U. T. A. L. I. T. Y.
"YES!" I yelled.
"NO SHIT!" Cody yelled.
I stood up and danced around the room. Cody look at me and laughed.
"I AM THE CHAMPION, OF THE WORLD!!" I sang.
"Okay okay" Cody laughed.
"CROWN ME!!"
He stood up and grabbed me by the waist. He looked me in the eyes, shifted to my lips and bit his bottom lip. My cheeks began to heat up as his eyes slowly shifted to mine. He pulled me closer and brought his lips gently to mine. He pushed me up against the wall and I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"Your the champion" he whispered.
"But your my champion" I smiled. He smirked, and kissed me again.

So, I had a thought.
Of a new story.

So, here's a quick story description:
I walked out of the gates, my wings basically forcing their way out.
"Wanna fly?" he smiled.
"If you'll fly with me" I smiled.
He nodded, taking my hand, we lifted off the ground.

It's a romance story and a fanfic of Maximum Ride (my all time favourite manga)
So if you would like that to be a book I write, I'll write it :)
