As soul and kasuto are heading back to souls house out of no where they disappear and appear on an island in the middle of no where. Standing on the beach soul realizes its his father hades. Hades looks at him with fear and tells him " My son the war is going horrible and I don't know how long we can keep the Titans out of earth." "Dad let me help I'm stronger now I fought Atlas alone and won." Said Soul. "You did what!! Soul why didn't you tell me Atlas was already on earth." Said Hades. Before soul can reply Atlas swoops down from his eagle and stabs Hades in the arm. Hades screams in pain and falls to his knees and Atlas looking down at him ties him up and forces him to watch him kill soul. " Like I told you Hell Boy I would be back to kill you and here I am now prepare to die." Said Atlas. Soul grabs kasuto and tells him to run and grabs shadow and turn it to a sword and rushes at Atlas. Atlas slaps soul to the ground and grabs him and throws him into a tree. Soul staggering back up coughing up blood runs after Atlas and manages to dodge his javelin and slashes his leg. Atlas grabs soul and throws him back to the ground and beats him till his face is covered in blood. Just as Atlas is about to stab soul in the heart kasuto shoots a geyser up from below Atlas and sends him flying. Soul regains his balance and jumps up and jams his sword into Atlas and sends him back to tartarus. Soul cuts hades down and puts shadow back in his pocket. Hades looks at soul and smiles. "Good job my son" said Hades. "The blood shed has just begun my son" said Hades. " Dad please let me help you saw that I'm capable of helping. " said soul. " My son if I let you help you have to promise me that you will not just worry about me and you will help the others." Said Hades. "Alright father I promise that I will protect anyone in Need not just you." Said soul. With Soul all gashed up Hades sends him and kasuto home and tells soul to rest up for the battle has just begun.
