Chapter 23:Please don't take my sunshine away

Elliots pov

(20 minutes in a car later)

We got there finally.As we were going up the steps I couldn't help but feel paranoid for some reason like someone was watching me .....Tyrell no I don't know who but this only made me push us both in the building faster.As we went up the elevator cheesy music played annoying us both I watched as she twirled her hands. God it was so cute....I love her so much.I noticed her look up at me , I looked back at her she kissed me and pulled back before I could respond to the kiss getting my pleasure of her lips force against mine.She looked at me and smirked.

Tease I muttered smirking back.

We got off and were immediately greeted by Angela .Angela seemed a little dumbfounded at first like I wasn't actually gonna bring (y/n) with me .Then she spoke up.

Good to see you again she said motioning to (y/n).

(y/n) awkwardly nodded with a hint of resentment for Angela . Angela is my best friend we have been for the longest I can remember. I find myself sacrificing a lot for her.I speed up walking and talking to Angela about the problem while (y/n) lagged behind.

Your pov

I don't like the way Angela was looking at Elliot.I didn't know much about her but ,I don't care she is messing with my......messing with my friend ....that's right.....or is it.... Was earlier just a hook up or do I actually love him I think I do it's just so confusing. No I do love him ....I do ! I'm gonna tell him I love him despite my memory loss and ....Ugh Elliot your driving me insane .I trailed behind and let them do there stuff.Elliot looped back and kissed my cheek and said to stay here while he went with the rest of his gang to figure this whole thing out.So I sat in the hallway on a bench.After a while I got bored and got on the elevator going to each floor of the empty office building then I came to floor 37 I saw something I didn't see in the rest of the floors light.There was a tiny sliver of it but light none the less.I was exploring the area til I bumped into a man .He looked down at me he had white hair and a white complexion he wore glasses and was a medium large man . (I know this character was from E -corp but they are in charge off Allsafe they have a partnership) 

I uh...I'm not snooping if that's what your thinking .I stammered out .

He chuckled .

Come with me he said.

And well I did I know it's stupid to go with strangers but he gave me no reason not to trust him.We went down to an office he held the door open.The office was HUGE!!!! Its was the biggest one I'd ever seen.

So where do u work ? He asked while making a drink .

I'm a waitress at (very snobby fancy restaurant)  but, I hate it the people are all so......I paused looking for the word.

Bitchy he said smiling holding a drink giving it to me.

Yes I smiled.

Ah brilliant restaurant would you say you make 2,000 a day? he asked.

How did he know.

What if I say I made 3,000 a day mr.wise ass he chuckled.

I like your balls kid he said.

What if I told you that you  could make triple that amount if you work for me? he asked.\

Tell me why hire a girl you know nothing about to your staff? I asked.

Well , you would still have to deal with assholes but you would get paid a lot more ,but from the five minutes i've known you for I can tell your honest and I like that cut throat forward we need that...And I may be tired of the same old faces.He finished.

Ah so what happens when you get tired of seeing my face ? I asked.

He inched closer I was getting creeped out.

I don't think that'll happen my dear he said.

Uh....I'm kinda ....I'm in a relationship no offence sir ....Im kinda seeing someone and I'm not a cheater .I said

Might I ask who? he said.

Ellliot ....Elliot I hit the ground the world seemed to blir my drink fell from my hand as I felt a sharp pain sting my brain .I looked up and began to regain consciousness he helped me up.

What just happened ? I asked.

Wheres Elliot where are my car keys I aksed searching my pockets.

Elliot Alderson you little....Wait! Elliot ! I screamed.

Elliot ! I remember Oh Elliot! I can't wait to tell him I jumped.The man looked at me strange come on I said.

 As I dragged him to the elevator.He just watched as I jumped with glee.I looked for Elliot where he left me then I saw some old guy and  a heavy set Asian.

Uh where is Elliot I asked excitedly.Not noticing my new friend was gone.

The Asian man pointed to the break room and kept typing . I came to the kitchen and burst open the doors . Elliot and ......Angela were..... kissing.They separated. Tears began to blur my vision as my heart dropped to my ass . I ran out and smacked my friend in the chest by accident. 

(y/n)! I heard Elliot yell.I grabbed the man for dear sweet life and cried.He rubbed my back awkwardly. 

(Y/N)  I ....Elliot trailed off.

I turned around and smacked him so hard it sounded like a crack of thunder.

Elliot I came .....I ...came to tell you I got my memory back but apparently you don't give a shit ! And you never have .I yelled.I ripped my ring off and threw it at him before running to the fire exit.

I heard him call It's not what you think.

But I didnt care I ran all the way back home.

Elliots pov

I'm finally done .I went to the kitchen to see if (y/n) was there she wasn't where I left her.

Then Angela came behind me .

Good job Elliot.she said.

I nodded as she hugged me I hugged back .We separated .She looked at me and peered into my eyes I began backing up as she moved forward slowly.

Elliot I ....she said softly .She backed me into the vending machine and ....KIssed me ??!!! 

I didn't kiss back of course....but I didn't shove her off either she was still my friend and I have already lost everyone . I still felt as though I was betraying my love .....I was she will never forgive me I'm gonna be sick and as I was about to push her off . The doors flew open.I saw her cry and run out.

(Y/N)! I called. Angela held me back .

Angela stop I don't love you , you just took everything from me, how can you be so selfish ?! I spat.

I ran out she was crying on the CEO of Ecorp?!  

As I began trying to explain she smacked me it hurt but not as much as my heart did.

As she yelled at me I heard the great new she got her memory back! That's amazing. But...now I've gone and fucked it all to hell.

She threw the promise ring at me and just like that we were over.....I didn't look around I didn't care who could see as she ran away I called out once more but I knew she had gone...

I feel to my knees and let the tears roll down my face as I sang the song of true love ...(Y/N'S) SONG....you were my sunshine .....my only sun-sunshine......you made me happy ....when I am grey ........I cried harder hands hitting my face and closing my eyes hard.

 I sang again ...You'll never know how .....how much I LOVE you please ....Please don't take my sunshine away...
