Vincent's P.O.V.
I went in the restroom to check out how bad my face was bruised and battered. I still have bruises on my face and body. I hope she's awake. Wait, he never said about her being awake did he?
I started to run toward the hallway she was in. I took a deep breath then turned the door handle.
"Vin.." Ace's voice was hoarse.
I took long strides to her bed side. I said I would be there when she woke up and I wasn't. I failed again.
"I'm so sorry Ace." I say covering her hands with mine. Before she could answer I needed to say this. "I should've took care of you and I didn't. I'm fixing that now. I'm just so god damn sorry Ace." I finished.
Ace raised her eyebrow.
"What do you mean your fixing it? Why is your face bruised?" She asked.
"I'm just fixing it." I say with a sincere smile.
She pulls her hands out from undermine. She turns her head to Robert.
"How could you let him do this?" She asks.
"Its was his choice. No matter how much you hate it." Robert replies folding his hands across his chest.
Ace turns her head to me. Her hand slowly reaches my face and glides across my face.
"You were the only good in my life and now I can't stand to look at you, another me. Leave." She pulled her hand down from my face. Then turned her head again. "Both of you."
I stood up glanced at Robert who was walking out the door.
"I never meant to hurt you." I stood there not wanting to leave.
"Leave." Ace said coldly.
I gave her one last look then walked out the door. I never meant to hurt her.
Ace's P.O.V.
"Butch just take me to get some damn food now." I said holding a knife to his throat.
He knew I wouldn't kill him but he also knew that I would probably would kill someone else to make him feel guilty.
"Okay...Okay what do you want to eat?" He asked laughing threw the whole sentence.
"Taco Bell." I replied with a smile smug on my face.
"Really? You just got out of the hospital and now you want to be on the toilet all day?" Butch asked with his serious face.
Even though he was ten years older then me, Butch was my best friend. Well that was his job or something.
"Butch you know Taco Bell doesn't do that to me." I whin.
After Taco Bell butch helped me into the house. Most of the time no one here but today everyone seemed to be scurrying around the house.
"Butch I can't make it to my room, just put me here." I said pointing toward the couch.
After taking one drink of my Taco Bell cup my eyes became heavy. Sleep seemed so nice, even though I just woke but from so many weeks of it.
