I rolled over in the bed and rubbed my eyes.  It was still blurry.  My glasses were on the bedside table on Shay's side so I gently leaned over her and picked them up.  She didn't stir so I slid my glasses on and, leaning on my elbow i smiled down at her and kissed her pretty head.  Her face crinkled a bit and she let out a soft snore.  I grinned, still unable to believe how lucky I was then I climbed out of bed and quickly pulled some clothes on.  My hair was a curly mess but i didn't care for once.  I was on cloud nine after the previous nights events.  I grabbed my car keys and bolted to the car, beneath the pounding rain.  I wanted to go and grab a starbucks for Shay's breakfast.  Thankfully the drive through was open and I ordered her favourite and something for myself before heading back.  Half way along the road though my phone began to ring.

I clicked the headset on and answered.

"Marcel?"

"Oh hey Jonny whats up?"

"I've got an event tonight with the 1D boys.  I need you there."

I know I should've have been excited but I just wanted to spend time with Shay.

"Um Jonny is it okay Id i bring someone?"

"Bring your entire band camp if you want just make sure you're there" he barked before abruptly hanging up.

I chuckled and sipped a bit of my drink.

Shay was awake when I got back.  She had showered and dressed and was sat at the kitchen table looking miserable.  At once nI panicked but when she saw me her smile reappeared and I breathed a sigh of relief.

"Where were you?" she asked, "I thought you'd left me."

I laughed.

"Never baby," I just went to get you some breakfast.  Her face broke into a huge grin as I handed her the starbucks and she stood up and gently kissed me.  I smiled, recalling what that kiss had lead to last night.

"So um last night wasn't bad?" she asked, looking extremely nervous.

I almost fell to the floor with laughter.  Bad?  Was she out of her mind.

"Shay not only was it not bad.  It was the best night I've ever had."

She smiled and blushed before turning and starting to eat her food.  I watched her carefully as I sipped my drink through the trademark green straw.

"So I have to work tonight," I explained.

She nodded, "I'll finish this then and get out of your hair."

"Actually I kind of hoped you'd come with me," I confessed.

She stopped eating a looked up.

"To work?  Won't I get in the way?"

"No It's an event.  They are holding some kind of party type thing for the one direction boys."

Immediatley I was almost deafened as she squealed in excitement and flung herself at me.

"I'm going to take that as a yes," I laughed as I placed her back on her seat.

She giggled nervously and nodded.

"But what am I going to wear?" she asked.

I grinned.  I had a plan.  I just hope she went for it.

"Well Veronica knows all the hot designer shops nearby so I kind of texted and asked if she wouldn't mind taking you while I sorted some stuff out here."

Her eyes widened then just as quickly darkened.

"Um I can't really afford designer shops," she mumbled, looking down.
