Avery's POV:

I somehow managed to convince Hunter to let me stay at his apartment with him till tour. I'm actually on my way there.
••••••••*skip car ride bc I'm lazy*•••••••
"AVERYYYYY!!" I hear Hunter's voice from his balcony at his building.  He runs downstairs.
"That's my name don't wear it out," I say smirking and leaning into a kiss. Gosh I've missed his kiss.
"You could never wear that beautiful name out," Hunter says grinning.
"Aight. Well are we gonna go inside? It's a little hot out here," I say, realizing how bratty I sound. I should just be happy he's here with me. And I am.
"Alright yeah it's really hot out here." Hunter realizes, laughing.
"Yep." I get my stuff out of the backseat of my car mom got me for graduation back in 2010.
"Here lemme help you with that," Hunter says, flexing his arm as he reaches out to get two of my three duffel bags.
"Thanks Hunt," I say, wanting to cry for some reason. Idek. I'm emotional.
"No problem Avez," he says, smiling. God his smile is perfection.
"Imma guess you didn't mean to say that part out loud?" Hunter says, laughing.
"Oops. Well it's true. That's the kind of things going through my brain all the time," I say, blushing.
"Thanks babe."
"I love you Hunter," I say, tears forming in my eyes. Stupid hormones. I blink them back.
"Hey what's wrong?" Hunter asks, concerned.
"Nothing I'm just really emotional sometimes. I've missed you so much," I say, laughing through the tears. Fake a smile. He'll think it's real. Faking a laugh is even better.
"Avez we just saw eachother a few days ago. C'mon what's wrong?" He asks. Crap he knows my fake smile.
"I got a message this morning. I was on my way here. I read it when I stopped to get gas. My great grandmother had a mini-stroke but she insisted that she'd be fine and didn't want me to bother coming back to Grenada," I say, tears flowing. Hunter starts trembling and turns away. "What's wrong Hunt?" He turns to face me. I see his eyes are a little puffy and his face is red.
"I hate seeing you cry. I hate seeing you sad. You're my girl. I feel like I'm failing at being a good boyfriend when you cry-"
"Hunt. Stop. Listen to me right now. You're the best thing that's ever happened to me. C'mere," I say, motioning for him to come over to me. We hug and I finish crying in his shoulder.
"GUYS GET A ROOM!" We hear Sam scream. I spin around.
"SAAAAAAMMMMMMM!!" Matt yells. "THEY WERE HAVING A MOMENT YANNO!!"
"GUYS. It's fine. We were just um well we were kinda having a moment but it's fine. What's up?" I say, babbling.
"Aight. Well we were wondering if Hunter wanted to- hey man have you been crying?" Sam asks.
"Y-yeah um part of the moment. Yeah um I'll tell you later if Avez doesn't mind."
"Nope. Not at all. Sam what was it you were gonna ask Hunt?"
"Wanna have a jam session?"
"Why'd you even ask. C'mon. Let's go. Race y'all to my apartment." Hunt says, stretching to run.
"OH ITS ON" I say, racing up the stairwell while Sam and Matt and Devo and all them wait for the elevator. Hunter comes up behind me and sweeps my off my feet bridal style and kisses me.
