'What took you so long? We've been waiting for you', Lindsay questioned. 'Sorry, my parents were being difficult, had to climb out my window and walk all the way.' She frowned her bows at me and then yelled: 'Parents suck!' , achieving many cheers from the teenagers in the room, including me. The very drunk lindsay then winked and dragged me along to the living room. 'Here', she spoke, offering me a drink. 'Drink up, it's time to get at our level.' I smirked, ad fundum'ed the hell out of that cup and took three shots in a row. 'I think I'm starting to get there', I giggled.

Two strong hands grabbed my hips, simultaneously with a pair of cold lips utterly kissing my neck. 'Seems like this party can finally get started', Charlie whispered with his lips pressed against my ear. I bit my lip and turned around to face him as I slung my arms around his neck and started moving to the beat of the loud music along with him. His hand slipped from my hips up to the hem of my top, trying to get under it. But before he could go further Lindsay gratefully pulled me away and replaced him as my dance partner. Lin could be such a great friend. Even at times when she was more wasted than I she still was the one who made the smart decisions for the both of us.

The evening was starting to fade and at the same time people were starting to hook up in every square meter of Lindsay's house my friends and I decided it was time to start the real party. As usual my friend disappeared into her dad's office and returned with a very small plastic bag. Every Saturday her dad said he needed to wrap up a paper but got high in his small office instead. Lindsay had found out a year ago when she was searching his drawers for cigarettes. And now every time she threw a party, which was about once a month, she busted out the cocaine. Ofcourse her dad noticed part of it went missing each time his daughter had friends over. However it was something they never spoke about. He let her take advantage of his secret and she didn't tell her mother. It was their unspoken deal.
