Chapter 9

Sorry for the lack of updating for like 8 years. You see I have major procrastination so yeah. I forgot about things a lot too. I'm a great person, I know. - brittent (my dog Paco's up ther)

Sawyer's POV

| The next day |

"Why can't he stay?", I asked my dad.

"Because his mom told your mother that he's gay and I don't want you to be either. I didn't want to raise a gay young man!", My dad yelled at me.

"Whatever dad! Y'all don't respect me! Me and him are moving out.", I yelled back. I was about to cry but held my back my tears. Yes, I am a man, but I saw Dominick cry because I beat him in Pokemon okay.

"What your saying is that you're gay?!", he yelled back.

"If I was would you kick me out?"

"Hell yeah! I didn't want you to gay. I'm sorry."

"I don't care if you want me to be gay or not I am what I am and you can't change that. I moving out." I stormed off and ran upstairs, tears about to flow down my face until stumbled up the stairs, making me laugh a little.

"We have to move out.", I told Dom.

"Why? You're dad?", He asked.

"Yeah, I expected that. He didn't want a "gay" son. I guess my dad's homophobic. It's his loss.", I say.

"K. I'll text the Mason and Nico and see if they'll let us stay. If we can't we'll have to ask the girls.", He pulls out his phone and starts a group chat with the squad and me in it.

He says 'yo sawyer's parents kicked us out can we stay over anyone's house for a little?' We got a reply from Mason saying, 'My gram said no, sorry guys' Nico said, 'My parents said no as well' Reese and Dalyla both said no and Alyssa said she was sleeping so I guess that was a no. The only one who didn't answer was Brittany.

"While we wait wanna pack up?", I asked.

"Yeah"

[ 2 minutes l8er]

"Yo Brittany said that we can stay!" Dominick exclaimed.

"Dank Memes yo!", I laughed really hard.

"Okay we have to leave like now", Dominick rushed out the door. I followed up with a 'k' and hopped into the car. Luckily my mom drove us.

"Britt texted me that she'd be outside waiting.", I said.

[13 minutes later]

"Bye honey", My mom rolled down her window to give me a kiss goodbye.

"Do you need help with your bags", Alyssa walked out as soon and I said yeah.

"Alyssa?", Dominick said confused.

"Oh hey Dom. I'm staying with Britt for a little because my mom was moving away for her work so I decided to stay here.", Alyssa replied.

"Okay nice", I say.

"Yeah, my dad's cool with you staying over, but we don't have much room so you guys will have to sleep on the pull out couch in my room, if that's okay" Brittany said, grabbing one of my bags.

We walked into her house. It was really nice. They're aren't rich, but they're not poor. Middle class I guess you can say. She brought us up to her room which was so tumblr I couldn't begin to explain.

"The couch pulls out into a bed, as I said before and also I stole my brother's PlayStation so we can play video games as well" Britt said.

Brittany's POV

My mom walked in. Oh god, she's so embarrassing.

"Hey sweeties, I'm Brittany's mom Stacey so if you need anything let me know." She walked out. Wow that could've gone so much more worse.

"Your mom's nice" Dom said.

"Wait till she gets mad at me or my dad. You won't be saying that again" I laughed.

"Oh Brittent, I made ramen when you were playing with Paco, so I need to go get that" Alyssa ran downstairs.

"Paco?" Sawyer asked.

"Oh my dog. I have another named Chico. You've been here before!" I chuckled. They both said 'oh yeah' and then Paco came running in. He jumped on them and pranced around.

"Oh my god, this is so cute!" Dominick exclaimed. I heard Paco's nails hit the ground each time he hopped around.
