You're Different

Chapter 3

(A/N: Like I promised in the last chapter, this one will be longer.)

*Kendall's POV*

'Woah' was my reaction, when I entered the Mall. The mall is huge and I mean HUGE! It's so beautiful. On the walls it had art, flowers by the entrance, and if you looked down to the ground you'd see your reflection. I smiled at the small park in the middle of the mall. Little kids running around as their parents tried to catch them. I seen few teenagers walking in groups.

I didn't know my mouth had dropped open until Sarah giggled. Sarah put her hand under my chin and lifted it up to close my mouth. I immediately snap out of the beauty of the mall. "Oh thanks." I said before looking away. "Have you ever been to a mall?" Sarah gave me a strange look. Well of course who hasn't? "Yeah, but this is just.....wow." I smiled. "I thought the malls I go to were big, but this mall is the biggest one I've been to. Look at the art on the walls, a playground in the middle of a mall, stores I've never heard of." I tell her. She giggled.

"I'm glad you like it." Sarah smiled. Kylie walked up to us. "Lets go get some food." Kylie cheers. Sarah and I began walking. Kylie, Pia, and Hailey followed behind us. We had a few stares. Guys whistled as we walked by. A few of them stopped to talk to Sarah and I, Sarah ignored them. I didn't want to be rude so I told them, "Sorry I'm taken." When really, I was single as a Pringle, but wasn't ready to mingle. I giggled to myself. My phone buzzed.

Kylie: You're walking to fast.
I looked back her.
Kendall: Do you see the little crowed behind you?
Kylie looked at me and than her phone.
Kylie: Who cares. Slow down.
Kendall: I care.
Kylie: Why are you walking even faster? Do you even know where you're going?
Kendall: No, but Sarah does.
Kylie: Just slow down, okay?
Kendall: Fine.

I slowed down a bit. Sarah noticed so she did the same. "Kylie?" Sarah asked. I nod as I put my phone back I to my pocket. Kylie is slowly getting on my nerves. "Yeah I know how you feel. She did the same thing to me." Sarah smiled which made me less annoyed. "So where's Pizza Hut?" I asked. "It's.... Right there." Sarah pointed. "It's beautiful." For a second I thought I said it in my mind. But, Sarah burst I to laughter. "It sure is kid." Sarah laughed. I joined her. Now we were both laughing.

As we were getting closer to Pizza Hut, a girl walked up to me. "You look familiar." The girl said. My eyes widened. The girl looked like she was in her 15's or 16's. She had blonde hair, green eyes, and a messy pony tail. The girl had cheek bones which made her look very mature except that she had a lip piercing. "Really?" I asked the girl. "Yeah. You kinda look like Kris Jenner mixed with Bruce Jenner." The girl told me. I immediately look at Sarah for help.

Sarah got the hint and asked, "What's your name?" "Oh, sorry for being rude, My name is Lauren Heat." Lauren tells us. "Well Lauren, it so happens that Kendall actually knows Kris and Bruce, but she's not related to them." Sarah tells her. "Oh." Lauren sighed. Before she could walk away, I stopped her. "Have you ever met Kylie?" I asked her. Her eyes shot up. "I mean I go to school with her, but I'm too scared to actually go up and talk to her." Lauren told me. I giggled. "Wait? Are you Tyler's sister?" Sarah asked. "Yeah." She responded.

"How do you know him?" Lauren asked Sarah. "Well I go to your school of course and he's the team captain for the Varsity Lacrosse team." Sarah giggled. "Your brother is pretty cute." Sarah blushed. "Eww gross. He's not cute." Lauren made a 'ew' face as Sarah chuckled. "Would you like to meet Kylie?" I changed the subject. "S-sure." Lauren stuttered. Aww she stuttered. I've never met someone who was really nervous to meet Kylie.

"Thank you." Lauren hugged me. "No problem." I reply to her. I hugged her back before letting go. "Who are you here with?" Sarah asked as we sat on a bench. "I'm actually here with Tyler and his girlfriend, Heather." Lauren rolled her eyes. It made Sarah growl at hearing the word 'girlfriend'. "But I don't know where they went. It was suppose to be Tyler and I hanging out, but that slut decided to tag along." Lauren sighed. "Slut?" I ask her. "Trust me if you've seen the way she dresses than you'd understand. And that the fact that she has the nerve to cheat on my brother with other guys is disgusting." Sarah eyebrows rose up slowly. "What is wrong with her? Why would she do that to your brother. He's so sweet, caring, and a real gentleman." Sarah crossed her arms.
