Percy's POV
I was at camp half blood waiting on annabeth because she said she wanted to talk to me. She said to go meet her by zues's fist so here I am. I was beggining to think she wasn't going to show,but then I heard her say Percy! Hey annabeth why did you want to talk to me? Because Percy I don't love u anymore and I'm breaking up with you. Why? Are you seeing someone else? Yes Percy I am! With who? C-c-connor Stoll and I've been seeing him for the last 9 months. How could you do this to me annabeth how could you? I'm sorry Percy! Don't talk to me ! I just want to be left alone annabeth? And with that I ran to my cabin when I got there I nearly broke the door off because of how hard I slammed it. I jumped on my bed and cried until I fell asleep.
Annabeth's POV
"Percy I'm sorry!" That was the last thing I got to say before he ran off I tried to run after him but he was running too fast. When I got back to camp the hunters were there they asked me what I did to Percy and I told them I did nothing to him at all. So the hunters went to percy's door and Thalia knocked on it. That's all I saw before I ran to my cabin and shut the door.
Thalia's POV
Percy can I come in? The doors unlocked just come in. He sounded sad so I opened the door Percy what's wrong? Annabeth broke up with me. She said she's been cheating on me for the last nine months with Connor Stoll. I'm so sorry! Don't be thals. This is what I deserve I'm just like every other man. No Percy your not you are selfless, kind, respectful, loyal, and you have a heart! I know but I mean there has got to be a reason why she did this to me don't you think so? Yes Percy I do. Hey thals? Yes seaweed brain? I just want some time to think that's all......OK? I'll see u later and with that in left to go talk to Artemis.
Artemis's POV
Thalia came into my tent and told me about how annabeth had cheated on Percy and how she dumped him. So why are you here Thalia? Because my lady I think he should be aloud into the hunt until he calms down. Okay I'll go talk to him about it and if he wants to he can be our guardian. Thank you my lady! With that she left. I decided to just teleport into his cabin when I got there I said Perseus would you like to be the guardian of the hunt and travel with us? That would be an honor lady Artemis.
