Chapter 4. The Black Wolf

He came out and started to growl at me, which made me kneel my head down to him. "WHO ARE YOU!" The Black wolf said as he growled very hard and loud. "My wolf name is Winter." I said backing up getting ready to run away. "Ok, but I didn't mean your wolf name I meant you're human name." He said calming his voice seeing as I was a white wolf. "I-I'm Ashley." I said quietly looking at his yellow eyes in fear. "Oh, it's you. New girl." He said remembering me. "Wait, you are Carlos aren't you?" I said standing up straight getting ready to pounce on him. "Yes, indeed I am I know that I may have hurt your friend but the thing is, I don't know how to control my wolf abilities my parents left so, I never really had anyone to help me." Carlos said stepping closer to me. "Wait then what are you doing out here?" I asked him firmly. "I live out here." He protested looking around him. "Why don't you follow me to my home and you can stay the night in the basement." I said trying to give a nice offer as he looked at me for a little and then finally said "ok, lead the way." We started to run for my house and saw Elly outside and not in my room like I told her to be at. Carlos and I changed back into our human form and walked to Elly. "Wh-wh-what is he doing here?" She stood up quickly and backed away. "It's ok, he only hurt you because he can't control his werewolf form." I said coming closer to try to make her not scared. "Ash can we just go to your room and sleep. Please." Elly said with fear in her eyes pointing her head up the stairs.

"Yeah, sure." I said leading Carlos to the basement. "There is pillows, blankets, and a couch for you to lay on." I said kindly. "Ok, thank you." He said smiling and looking at Elly who wasn't looking back at him which made him lose his smile. He went downstairs, then Elly and I went upstairs to my room. "Uhh, Ash I need to tell you something about Carlos." Elly said to me looking sad. "Ok, but first let me get us some popcorn and put on a movie. Ok." I said getting up and heading downstairs. She followed and the entire time that we were down there until we went back up she just kept staring at the basement door. Once we were back in my room I put on the movie. "Ok, so what was it that you wanted to tell me." I said looking at Elly as I sat down next to her on my bed. Then she started to speak.

OMG, what is Elly trying to tell Ashley that is so important. Well I guess you will have to wait till he next chapter.
