Welcome! This is #ProjectGA, dedicated to stopping girl-on-girl hate.
Now, we've all seen it: the sexist book tropes that lured 10-year-old you in, including the "she's everyone's enemy, don't trust her" and the whole "I'm not like other girls. She wears short skirts and I wear modest clothing."
Literature like this–often written by other women–promotes misogynistic stereotypes, making women in lit out to be "bitchy" when they're sassy, but men to be "dreamy."
This project is aimed to change these stereotypes, and stop girl-on-girl hate in literature.
