Alden's POV
I will tell Maine how my heart works whenever I see her. But first, I need to tell her the truth about Maegan. I saw Maine with Jake and I glared at Jake. And Maine was looking at me, like she dose'nt know me. I asked Jake. "Jake, can I talk to Maine, privately." He looks like disagreeing, but said yes since Maine was beside her. "What now?" Maine asked me angrily. "Maine, let me explain. Maegan was asking me to her house. And she started touching my back, everything! I was disgusted. So please, Maine! Help me." I said seriously. As serious as like losing the bet. "How, Alden! How?! I can't wait to say that I love you. I love you so much. But no more chances. Maegan is yours, Jake is mine, but It's not enough for me to be happy!" Maine said. Tears shed all over her face like a waterfall. I widen my eyes. "I love you too, Maine. I cannot live without you." I said.
Maine's POV
"I love you too, Maine. I cannot live without you." He said. I was shocked. Am I just dreaming? He hugged me. I was still shocked. But since I loved him, I put my hands on his back and felt his warm embrace. I touched his face. "Alden, I will give you all of me." I said. He was about to kiss me, but I pushed him. "Pervert!" I said. He was sad. "But still my baby!" I said. I saw the "isaw-an" at the corner. A isaw is a Filipino food."Den, you want Isaw?"
I asked. He nodded. I pulled him and asked, " Two isaws, please." He was shocked. "Ok, you two are so cute!" The old man said. He looked worried. "Ah, why?" Alden asked. He pointed the last isaw. We were both hungry, so we shared. We were so full.
But that was the best day ever.
